*Pool heat is available year-round for guests who would like it. If you choose to add pool heat, it must be added for the full length of your stay.

• Cool Season (November 16 – February 14): $80 + tax per day
• Warm Season (February 15 – November 15): $60 + tax per day

*We offer a discounted beach service. Many of our guests enjoy this amenity as it guarantees a reserved spot on the beach and does not require you to lug the umbrellas and chairs back and forth yourself. Because we have a contract we can offer this service to you for the steeply discounted rate of $295.00+tax for 3 umbrellas and six chairs (this same service retails for $675 a week through the vendor).

*6 seat club car tempo golf carts with sound system available from $300 to $495 per week (+taxes and processing), depending on time of year. Please inquire about availability.

**Pets: we are open to hosting your furry friends. However, please inquire before booking. Pet fee is $150 per stay.


*Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel we will reopen the dates and when it books we will refund you the new booking amount. Most of the time it will rebook no problem but if you need to cancel right before your stay it may need to be discounted to rebook or may have a problem rebooking if there is not enough time.

*Must be 25 years old to rent and no hosted spring break for college students.


**At this HOA no large recreational vehicles, trailers, buses, or other such vehicles or pull vehicles are allowed to be parked overnight. If you have a situation where you might have one of these vehicles please inquire first with us about where we might be able to accommodate your car outside of this HOA.
