The host was very apologetic and very nice. The guest before us left the condo in horrible shape. We had to buy lien to bathe with and sleep on. We had to purchase cleaning supplies. It took us two hours to clean before we could lay down. The left food in the refrigerator and freezer and on the counter the had molded and began to stink really bad. The dishes in the dish washer was molded with old food. All the trash was left in the can. Tubs has hair and blood in it.

Laundry room did not have washer or dryer. Neighbors very very noisy all hours of the morning a night being woken up by the neighbors above. 2/10 stay.

Very nice property especially for price. Host commicated instantly with answers. Decor was beautiful. Only complaint which is not host issue is remember it is bottom floor and you can hear upstairs neighbors constantly walking/running/stomping. My husband and i stay in Gulf Breeze every September and im never disappointed.

We extended our stay in Destin and last minute booked this place. While the inside was pretty similar to the online photos the outside was not what I was expecting. While our Uber was driving us to the building I was frantically searching for other places to stay. There was alot of animal poop in the yard. For the price and last minute availability it was okay. The wifi name and password emailed to us was not actually correct. There was animal hair covering the furniture. It smelled extremely musty. There were hospital discharge papers left on the counter from the previous tenants as well as trash on the floors and under couches. There was barely any water pressure and the toilet did not flush well. Above tenants did not adhere to quiet time so unable to sleep due to noise and stomping above. The washer seemed to be falling apart when starting laundry per check out guidelines. The dumpster was a pretty decent walk from our building to take trash out, again per check out guidelines. I understand a cleaning service is probably utilized which is no fault of owner for cleanliness but it was not good. I messaged the host multiple times through VRBO with no response and also texted the listed number without response a couple of times. The pool area was nice. Again, for the price and last minute it wasn't terrible but I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Worst place to stay

This was the worst property ive ever stay at the plas has broke down couchs the beds needs replaced therw mold growing on the ceiling above the shower the sliding door is broke the dry door is broke the bathroom exhaust fan was broken with no cover on it they said it was a 6min walk to the beach it was 10 mins by car and the beach area was only 50ft wide area this place need a complete overhaul to be a rental and to topit off the people before us left there trash and the cleaners didnt dispose of left it there for us

We arrived to this condo for a scheduled vacation 4/14 - 4/18/25. It smelled so bad that we had the kids wait outside. We discovered the condo was in disrepair. We took videos of holes in the shower and bathroom ceiling, hair in the tub and stains on the couches. We took pictures and reported it to VRBO, but they still have not issued a refund. And the owner has refused to contact us back. The property does not look like it does in the pictures on the website. I regret selecting this place and I had to pay out of pocket for another hotel all week. VRBO allowed this owner to misrepresent his property on their website and I would avoid renting this condo. VRBO hopefully will issue a refund soon.

Dryer broken had to prop something against the door to make it work, owner was aware. Toilet took forever to flush, sheets on kingbed were stained an there were springs sticking out of the mattress

Not good and will not return

We had to clean floors as soon as we got there. Visible dirt everywhere. 1 roach was found and no Wifi our whole stay. Reasonable price, but will not return to this unit.

Disappointing

When we arrived the A/C was not functioning properly. Luckily, there were 2 fans there that helped but was still uncomfortable. They fixed it the next day. Closet doors were broken and just hanging helter-skelter. It was truly not very clean. Luckily the bed linen and towels were clean but that was about it. Floors, counters, laundry closet, some walls all needed cleaning. A note on the wall asked that we strip the beds and start a load of bed linen in the washer before leaving. Seriously!?

Pictures are accurate and necessities were well stocked.. The rooms were all beautiful & clean (nicely renovated). When coming back to Destin, I would definitely stay here again!!

Reasonable centrally located newly renovated

Pictures are accurate of the interior of this rental. Nicely remodeled and clean. Very well stocked with just about any amenity you would need. Well worth it.
