Palms Resort #1405 is a beautiful junior 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the heart of Destin. The Master Bedroom offers a king bed with balcony access and ensuite bathroom. The smaller guest bedroom has a bunk room with full over full bunkbeds plus direct access to the second bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa making this condo sleep 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy pool views from the balcony, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a spacious living room with beautiful furnishings and vinyl plank floor. As an exclusive guest you will enjoy Destin’s largest lagoon pool beneath swaying palms or simply enjoy our many amenities including kid's activities, fitness center, kids' playground, tennis, and basketball courts. You'll also be within walking distance of Joe's Crab Shack, Bubba Gump Shrimp Factory, The Back Porch (a Destin classic), Ruth's Chris Steak House, Jim-N-Nick's BBQ and Hooters.

The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges, and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area, and whirlpool spa.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.

The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.

We had a great time at this condo! Great location, helpful and friendly staff, good restaurant, clean and well maintained pools, great live entertainment every night. I would definitely recommend staying here. If we come back to Destin, we will stay here again.

Great spot to spend a few days

Overall the room was incredibly clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, laundry, etc. everything we needed as a family of 4 to have an enjoyable week. Will definitely look at booking this room again for our next trip to Destin.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

This place is definitely a gem and we can’t wait to come back! Our 3-year-old had the best time in the pools and we were just a short drive (approx half a mile) to the beautiful beach with clear blue water and the whitest, softest sand I’ve ever experienced. Thank you so much for the beautiful place to stay!

Great condo for a getaway weekend

The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient for our stay. It's just a short walk or drive to the beach, and the pool was awesome. Every meal we ate at the Palms Grille was so good we opted to stay in and eat there and not go out for most of our meals. We'd definitely come back and recommend to others.

Pleasant and relaxing!

The pool area is fantastic. Kids loved it. Bar and restaurant are good. Easy access to parking. Shuttle schedule was strange and not what we were told but the atmosphere of the whole place was great. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great rental and location. It is super close to Henderson beach and has great amenities! Only issue was that the kitchen wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Other than that, we had a great time, thank you for having us!

This property was very Kid-Friendly. Only con was that the floors were not clean. My four year old started walking around the apt with his bare feet and it was black a few minutes later. The check-in was really easy, the beach access was about 11 min walk but not so bad. There were a lot of things to do close by us. Will definitely come back to do another family vacation here.

Clean, taken care of and as described. Check in was fast and the front desk lady was very through. It’s a larger property but she explained and marked a map very well so there were no issues parking and finding our way. The room was very clean and neat. The pool area is huge and we never felt crowded swimming and hanging out. We did have a small hiccup on our stay but Devin (one of the managers) jumped on it and took care of us, she was awesome! Overall we were very happy with our stay and likely would stay here again.

First time

Palms of Destin is great for a family vacation. Our condo was fine. My only complaint is that it did have a funky smell- it wasn’t terrible, just not pleasant. I read other reviews that the AC wasn’t cool enough, but it was fine for us, we’d keep the curtains closed during the day when we weren’t inside and it cooled down just great. My kids loved the bunk beds.
