This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condominium with a bunk room overlooks the shimmering emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and sleeps up to eight.

With it's incredible location on the first floor, this Destin condo opens to a patio overlooking a lush green nestled behind the dunes. Inside Emerald Dunes 104, the condominium’s open floor plan and comfortable living room with a deep seating sofa and love seat provide an ideal gathering spot to nest near the sea. The fully stocked kitchen features marble counters and tile floors for easy clean up. Blissful views from the king-size bed in the primary bedroom make waking up feel like a dream. The primary bath features a jetted tub as well as walk-in shower ideal for a relaxing soak or a quick bath before dinner.

A queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, twin bunks in the bunk-room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room allow this Destin vacation rental to comfortably sleep 8. And to accommodate each guest’s viewing preferences, there are four televisions and four DVD players. For added convenience, Emerald Dunes 104 includes a stackable washer and dryer as well as two dedicated parking spaces.

Emerald Dunes is a private, gated condominium with amenities that include the large pool, hot tub, gas BBQ grills, boardwalk showers, bathrooms and seasonal beach attendants. Along with the all amenities, guests appreciate the private low density setting (only 27 units) and private dune walkover to the beach.

GREAT LOCATION! Located on the west end of Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, the property is within walking / biking distance of local shops and restaurants. When it’s time for dinner, Camille's, a favorite local restaurant known for their fresh sushi and intimate bar, is just steps away. During the day, Camille’s sidewalk café serves a limited menu of coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items and local brews. Also nearby, guests will enjoy access to Publix (grocery store) and Destin Commons, featuring a bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants and diverse mix of shopping opportunities.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
