ABOUT BEACH BLESSINGS
⭐ Enjoy convenient sliding glass door access to the gated patio from both the living area and master bedroom. The patio leads directly to the resort's Gulf-front pools and private beach, perfect for relaxing with a drink at the high-top table or catching a sunrise or sunset!

The master bedroom features a King bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub, great for unwinding after a beach day. There's also plenty of closet and drawer space for your stay.

The guest bedroom offers another King bed, a large flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and its own en-suite bathroom with a quartz vanity and a tub/shower combo.

In the living area, you'll find a sleeper sofa and two chairs, a cozy setup for watching a game or a movie on the 55" Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a bar with seating for three. The dining table comfortably seats six. A spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen for added convenience.

LOCATION
⭐ Silver Beach Towers is a beautiful beachfront resort located in the heart of Destin, offering a truly memorable vacation experience. The property features two Gulf-front pools, one with seasonal heating, set side by side and surrounded by tropical landscaping. Guests can relax on the spacious pool deck, soak in the hot tubs, or enjoy a friendly game on the tennis court. Beach service is available for an additional fee from March 1 through October 31. Plus, you're just a short drive from some of Destin's best shopping, dining, and entertainment. Silver Beach Towers is only about 10 minutes from HarborWalk Village and just 8 minutes from Destin Commons, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer.

Other Things To Note:

GUEST ACCESS
⭐*VERY IMPORTANT* if arriving after 5:00 pm: Silver Beach Towers lobby doors close at 5:00 pm (CST) You cannot gain access to the building after 5:00 pm (CST) without a FOB! Any guest checking in after 5:00 pm will need to pick up the FOB in the lockbox at the office of Forever Vacation Rentals. More detail to follow 5 - 7 days prior to arrival. You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional instructions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing and laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property does provide free Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay.

PARKING
⭐ Parking passes are provided for 2 vehicles. You will have access to one reserved spot in the west tower parking garage that is covered by the use of a key fob. All other vehicles will park in the uncovered lot which is first come, first serve.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐Complimentary beach service is not included with the condo. The resort offers beach service from March 1 through October 31 for an additional of $65/per day, per set-up. More details will be provided to reserve your set up after the booking is complete. Please note: this price is set by the vendor and is subject to change.

BEACH GEAR
⭐ Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at our condo for your enjoyment. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we aren't able to guarantee what will be available upon arrival.

POOL / HOT TUB / GRILL
⭐ Guests have access to two pools, hot tubs, and community grills at the resort. Please be sure to review and follow the safety guidelines posted near each amenity. Use is at your own risk.

SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of our Homeowners and Guests, the resort does have Surveillance Camera throughout the resort grounds. If you touch or tamper with the cameras or cause any issues, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isnt an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joes in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
