Just listed, New paint and upgrades throughout..This great beachfront unit is on ground level a ,first floor condo.. No stairs or elevators to contend with... Steps away from the beach Access. Unit is in Crystal Beach. Very quaint, very charming. Walk to Camilles Cafe for coffee,breakfast(music on the weekends) ,lunch and a great seafood dinner.
Sleeps six with bunks in the hall , king in the master and a sleeper sofa.
Unit is open and bright.. Kitchen has white cabinets with marbled graniite counters with views open to very large, very spacious living area and beautiful breathtaking views.
Pool is redone with beautiful brick pavers
Comes with beach service March-October. Every morning you get 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you to enjoy throughout the day..



Near all amenities and restaurants .. Crystal Beach is wonderful.... Publix , Fresh Market and Whole foods, Destin Commons,Back Porch, Pompano Joes,and Captain Daves within a five min drive.

Overall, this is the perfect beach condo. First of all, it’s actually on the beach, and to add to that, it’s on the first floor. The views are beautiful whether you are inside or outside! The unit is also extremely clean and well taken care of. The bed was really comfortable and it was so nice to have two toilet areas and a great shower area between. Hope to return to this jewel again!

Wonderful location, great host and clean comfortable stay. Great communication prior to the stay with host and the condo is located in a perfect spot. Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday weekend for my daughter. Will definitely be back!

Great Place to Stay!

Very great place to stay! Right on the beach just as described. So convenient for beach days! The beach chair service was awesome. It was a private access and roped off from the public. Very nice for if you have kids and they play while you relax. The pool was great as well. Everything was very nice and well maintained. We ordered in most of our food, but went out one time. Lots of places around for the food palate. Owner was very kind and allowed us into the room a little early. (Since we got there sooner than expected)The kitchen had basic kitchen needs. We made breakfast and coffee. Only feedback that I would add is we ran out of trash bags 
 and having a salt/pepper shaker would’ve been nice. And a few extra Towels for showers. We had to reuse some. If there was detergent we could’ve washed them and been fine. Overall very great stay and experience! Made my kids summer for sure. Definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

We (family w/3 kids 7,5, 22 months) had a great time here! The location was perfect. Access to the beach was literally 2 minutes out our back door via a small flight of stairs. Chairs and umbrella that were provided made for a relaxing time on the beach. Just far enough away from the crowds of Destin and 30A, but close enough to civilization to enjoy great meals out and easy access to grocery shopping (cool outdoor mall close by too). No issues to contact the owners with. Great communication from them prior to the trip. Our first trip down from NC. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

Beautiful condo walk right out to the beach.

The condo is great and you walk right out to the beach, and that was incredible! Only issue was we weren’t able to get into the room until 5:30pm because cleaners did not show up until 4:26pm.

Overall good stay

The beach access was excellent. We had a 1st floor room and walked out the patio door, across back yard, and down steps to beach. The condo made great use of the space and the extra 1/2 bath was convenient. Close to many great restaurants and shopping. I was disappointed in the price compared to another condo we had stayed in a few years ago. The cleanliness of the condo was only mediocre and there is a public beach access strip next to the villas which brought in a host of big groups that were not respectful of our space or presence.

Snow bird heaven

Hard to beat Destin for an extended getaway from the great white north and these condos are ideal if you like a slow pace and living right on the beach.

Easy beach access as condo is located approximately 100 feet from waterline. Very comfy king bed with bunks for 2 kids. Family of 4 would be very comfortable in the space. The bathroom layout is ingenious and would also accommodate a family of 4. Provisioning could have been more vacationer friendly. Housekeeping needs to step up their game.

Beautiful property and location

We have vacationed in Destin for over 20 years, and this is by far our new favorite place. The view of the Ocean is amazing. The property is well maintained and quiet. The condo was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Thanks so much to Anne, she answered all questions prior to arriving and was only a phone call away while we were there.

The best view!

Our family of 4 enjoyed staying here at this property so much. The location was perfect, the views from the living room and porch were the best! We took a walk to the cafe up the street in the mornings for coffee and breakfast. The location and views can’t be beat. And not having to deal with stairs or elevators was awesome

Amazing Trip

This was our 2nd time visiting and staying in Anna’s condominium They are in a great location and perfect for our family of 4 (2 boys age 16 &18 )just steps from the beach great view and had everything we needed and everything was really clean, this will definitely be our place we stay every time we come we celebrated our 21st anniversary , my Son graduating high school and Father’s Day all in one week so we had a great time
