Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I stayed here for her Spring Break. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated with a very well-stocked kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching dolphins, eating lunch and just enjoying the gorgeous view. The actual building and amenities are older, but still very useable. We loved playing pickle ball and shuffleboard when it was too cold to sit on the beach. The people working at the desk for extremely friendly & helpful.

However to get the front row on the beach you had to get there by 7am as it is first come first serve. Beautiful beaches, very hot in July. June would probably be a better month to avoid 90+ degree temperatures. Condo was absolutely gorgeous!

Property was extremely clean and management was friendly. Beach was perfect except for 1 day when a family was tossing glass bottles around, chain smoking, screaming and blasting music. The law was mentioned about glass on the beach, but the were belligerent and did not care. No one addressed it and many beachgoers left and went to the pool. Same family partied on their balcony late into the night. Other than that, great stay. We come every year.

The weather was perfect (we were a little concerned about the hurricane). But the condo exceeded our expectations! There was nothing we did not like about it. August vacation for my husband and I

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! The beach and pool area were really clean! The check in area was super nice and smelled great. I reserved a room in March that we really liked but received an email in May saying we had a room change due to the condo being sold. That was upsetting but figured we wouldn’t be in the room too often anyways. So our new room 509 could have been cleaned better though. There was black hair in the floor of the bathroom and living room from past guests. There was a hot Cheeto and corn kernel in the floor in the living room from past guests. The DVD player did not work and the door was stuck open. The staircases were stinky and needed to be pressure washed. We really enjoyed being able to rent movies for free but had to go buy our own DVD player to watch them. Our door code didn’t work when we got there, but a really nice lady came to our room ASAP and fixed it for us. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but would have appreciated our room being more clean.

Erins Birthday

We were staying with y’all and my daughter and her family were staying right next door. I t was 5 year old granddaughters Birthday and that was her wish to all go to the beach. Our condo was very nice and very clean.Everyone was helpful and very pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay.
