Much needed get away

Just me and the hubby! First full week (just the 2 of us) since our honeymoon 27 years ago!! It was absolutely perfect!!

Beautiful view

My husband and I got a much needed get away. The place was perfect for the two of us. A very short walk to the beach and pool. There was a ramp for those with disabilities. We were hoping it would have trash chuts and a place to eat, even if it was a sandwich shop.

Great View and Very Clean

My husband and I loved this place! Very quiet and in a great neighborhood. The condo is newly renovated and beautiful. It was clean and comfortable. In the morning the balcony is shaded and great for coffee. The beach service was an awesome bonus and the young man who sets everything up was quick and nice. This is tbe best stay we have had in Destin and will definitely book again.

The room was very clean, updated appliances, and a wonderful view! Great customer service, access to the beach was awesome! We will definitely come back and request the same room, if available. Perfect Location/Very Nice Unit

This condo building is in a great location on Holiday Isle, on a beautiful stretch of beach. It is also convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. The unit itself has a very nice balcony with direct ocean front views. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was fully equipped with all of the dishes, utensils and accessories we needed. The appliances were all updated. The one bedroom was very comfortable. The mattress, pillows and linens were all in good condition and comfortable. We would definitely book this unit again.

I wish there was a different policy for paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) in place. Also, there is a rat problem around the pool area that needs to be addressed. We have video if needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was new and recently renovated. The living room furniture was very nice and comfortable. The king bed was a great disappointment as it was broken down in the center and my wife & I rolled to the middle and had difficulty getting out of bed due to the incline from the low center up to the edge. The feet were higher than the pillows when lying in the bed. If the bed had been replaced when the condo had been renovated our stay would have been the best we ever experienced in our ten years of coming to aHoliday Surf And Racquet Club.
