Admirez les couchers de soleil romantiques, les brises fraĂźches du golfe, le sable blanc et les eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique. SituĂ© directement sur la plus belle plage de sable blanc de la cĂŽte d’émeraude, sur trois Ă©tages avec 47 unitĂ©s, notre atmosphĂšre est plus une escapade en bord de mer qu’une station balnĂ©aire, bien que pratique pour les parc d'attractions. Et le service de plage, qui comprend un grand parasol et 2 chaises de plage inclinables, est compris dans toutes les rĂ©servations du 1er mars au 31 octobre.

Nice beach location

Good location. Right on beach in quite area. There was some confusion on which beach chairs could be used and which ones were reserved. The reserved chairs could not be used but no one used them most days.

Perfect for Quick Getaway

This was a perfect place for a quick trip to the beach. Loved that condo was directly ON the beach, not across any streets! Walked straight out to the beach and what a perk to have umbrella and chairs included. The condo was dated but that wasn't important to me on this trip. Kitchen has everything you need. King size bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the bunks but it is nice in a one BR condo to have extra sleeping space. Also very nice to have one and half baths! Although we didn't venture out, the location was right in heart of Destin near restaurants, shopping and amusement park. My only suggestion would be to remove carpet and upgrade to keyless entry, but that won't stop me from booking here again.

This unit is great as it has a washer and dryer and safe which some units don’t. Great view of the beach. Only thing that would make it better is a 2nd shower and a larger hot water heater.

Also dogs was in other rentals , which this is first time we seen dogs at this place... family had 3 dogs in one condo, just annoying at times hearing them. I’m not against dogs, we have them... just not on vacation.

Will rent again! This property exceeded our expectations. It is directly on the beach. Friendly staff and grounds keepers. Condo was more than large enough for our family of three.

Had a few problems with the unit at the beginning but we were quickly and courteously helped.
