The space Welcome to the Villages of Crystal Beach- the BEST location in Destin! Only half a mile to the beach, and within walking distance to shopping at the Destin Commons, you are in the most ideal and central spot in Destin. Get the vacation you have always dreamed of in a large, open and inviting house perfect for groups.

LIVING SPACE:

⭐️Check in should be effortless, and with a digital keypad it is. Walk into a luxury open-concept living space with tall ceilings and natural light pouring in through the windows. With ample room for the entire group to relax, the kitchen and living room within steps of each other make it an ideal space to entertain. Watch a movie or catch up on your shows on the comfortable couches.

⭐️Find your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, with all the essentials you need for cooking. A large dining table is found right off the kitchen with plenty of seating.

⭐️Rinse off from the beach in the full bathroom on the main level, and wash your clothes in the laundry room with a full washer and dryer for your convenience.

BEDROOMS

⭐️After the day is over, retreat to 5 comfortable and cozy bedrooms. There are many places to spread out and socialize on each floor. With comfy bedding, you will easily drift away and recharge for the next day's adventures.

A queen bed is located on the first floor with an accompanying full bathroom.

⭐️The large master suite on the second floor features a king bed along with a separate kitchenette and private balcony so you can enjoy coffee or a glass of wine in your own space. Soak in the massive jetted tub or rinse off in the walk in shower of your large en suite bathroom. Enjoy two separate vanities.

⭐️Another spacious and comfortable queen bedroom is found on the second floor with it's own en suite bathroom.

⭐️The third floor features a space perfect for kids and adults with additional living room, two more bedrooms & kitchenette.

Third floor living room is perfect for families & friends to get together, watch movies & play board games. Third floor living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a twin day bed with trundle. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator & microwave by the living room.

Third floor also has a queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. There is an additional bedroom with a triple bunk bed which is perfect for kids. You also have access to the balcony to enjoy and relax.

⭐️ House-trained pets are welcome for a pet fee of $150 per pet per booking (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each) .Please note that cats are not allowed due to severe allergy issues


ACTIVITIES

⭐️When you're ready to enjoy Destin, look no further than outside the front door. Take a dip in the 33,000 square foot lagoon style zero- entry community pool. This resort style space is truly impressive and will entertain the whole group. With grills, a hot tub, waterfall features, self serve tikki bar, bathrooms and plenty of chairs, you can have a great time without ever leaving the neighborhood.

⭐️The beach is only half a mile away- less than a 10 minute walk (2 blocks) or take the neighborhood trolley running in peak season (more details in the "getting around" section below). Seas the Day comes equipped with beach essentials including beach chairs, umbrellas, kids beach toys, and a wagon to easily wheel it all over.

If you're ready to do some shopping, head over to the Destin Commons - within walking distance of the house.

Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and features the community offers. The pool area is equipped with two waterfalls and an island, a spa/jacuzzi, self serve tiki bar with a flat screen TV, bathrooms and plenty of chairs. Relax and enjoy music through the pools surround sound speakers.

Other things to note There are 2 flights of stairs in the house going to the bedrooms. Please make note for infants and elderly.

Up to 3 cars may fit in the driveway - 2 vertical and 1 horizontal. Additional guest parking in the complex is on a first come first serve basis and not guaranteed.

Wristbands are provided for pool access.
