Additionally, for those working while traveling, a dedicated workspace is available, providing a comfortable area to stay productive amidst the allure of the cityscape

MASTER BEDROOM:
Indulge in a queen-sized bed adorned with a cozy comforter in this room, offering an en-suite bathroom (shared on the other side) with a refreshing shower and a Roku smart TV for entertainment. Gaze upon the incredible downtown scenery through the windows, while convenient charger ports discreetly located on the back of the lamp enhance your stay.

SECONDARY BEDROOM:
Discover a haven with a queen-sized bed topped with a cozy comforter, complete with a Roku smart TV for entertainment. Take in the stunning downtown views from the windows also with the added convenience of charger ports on the lamp stands.

BATHROOM:
Spacious open area featuring a sink and ample storage awaits you, complete with a stand-up shower. This versatile bathroom grants access from both the master suite and the hallway adjacent to the second bedroom, ensuring convenient entry regardless of your room choice.

KITCHEN:
Experience a kitchen designed for culinary delights, boasting a generous island and a cozy eat-in breakfast bar. Fully equipped for your culinary needs, it includes pots, pans, silverware, baking sheets, colander, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, a Brita water filter, and various other amenities to elevate your dining experience!

PARKING: while not included with the unit, there is ample paid parking available at meters outside (mon-sat, sunday is free!) as well as multiple parking ramps within 2 blocks including one on the backside of the same building.

Guests will access the unit using a key & fob that will be retrieved from a lockbox outside the complex.

This unit is in the heart of downtown and in a large complex with other tenants. There may be times when hear cars on the street, emergency vehicles, people outside or in the unit, events, construction and other typical urban sounds. While we don't believe it's abnormally noisey, we do mention this in all of our downtown listings in order to provide full transparency!

PARTY FEE: Parties including excess guests beyond the amount in the reservations as well as abnormally loud groups may be subject to a fee up to $1000. We enthusiastically welcome guests who aim to enjoy the amenities while maintaining respect for our neighbors within the complex!

NOISE MONITORING: In consideration of our community of neighbors in this expansive complex, we've implemented a Minut Sound Monitoring device within the unit. Rest assured, this device does not record any audio; instead, it monitors decibel levels. As responsible hosts, our commitment to being good neighbors is reinforced by using this technology, which provides us and our guests with alerts in case sound levels exceed the appropriate threshold. It's our way of ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone. If sound warnings are ignored, fees and loss of reservation without a refund are possible.

SECURITY CAMERA: There is a ring doorbell located outside the front door facing down the public hallway that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety. If the device is tampered with the reservation may be cancelled with no refund.
By booking, you agree to all of the house rules listed on our listing. Here it is again for your reference:

1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit or complex. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

2. Unruly Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if more guests than stated are brought to the property or because of excessive noise after the first warning/ neighbor complaints. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8am.

3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.

4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.

5. A lost, missing, or damaged key or fob has a replacement cost of $75 each

6. Check-Out Policy - Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. If you'd like to request a late check-out, please inquire the day before departure. Requests made earlier will not receive a confirmed answer until that time. A fee may apply for a late check-out.

7. Check-In Policy - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on same-day turnover and cleaning schedules. If you'd like to request early check-in, please reach out on the day of arrival. We are unable to confirm early check-in prior to that day. A fee may apply for early check-in.

8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.

9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.

11. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.

12. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
