This spacious three bedroom house boasts flexible living space including a fully-equipped kitchen/diner and a cosy sitting room. The property has private parking, a lovely enclosed rear garden and complimentary Netflix.
This modern house is set in a quiet neighbourhood just 5 minutes from Derby city centre.
It has parking on a driveway for 2 cars, high speed internet and complimentary Netflix.
A large back garden with garden furniture which is fully enclosed.
Fresh linen, towels and complimentary toiletries are provided.
