The apartment is located within a secure apartment block that requires a fob for access which will be in the lockbox attached to the set of keys.

The apartment comes with parking for up to two vehicles in the private car park located at the back of the building. Additional free street parking is also available within close proximity to the apartment.

Electric Scooter Hire - there are various electric scooters dotted around the area available to hire via an app.
