We love the location of this inn as we use it as a base when visiting family. The food is excellent and plentiful. The room was comfortable overall however, there were a few little niggles on this occasion which although they didn't have a negative impact on our stay, were slightly annoying. One of the bulbs in the room would come on initially then go off after about 10 seconds. One of the bars on the side of the bath wasn't attached one end which would have been quite dangerous for anyone who hadn't noticed this. The soap dispenser in the bath was nearly empty and the toilet seat moved around when sat on. Like I say not massive issues but annoying and easily fixed in about an hour if someone took the time.

Noisy delivery lorries, front door slams.everything else was very good.

We will look into having the main door fixed or at least made quieter and I shall speak to the drivers personally.
