Property Information:
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $200 (2 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

PARKING: Garage (1 small vehicle), driveway (2 vehicles), free street parking

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. . If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.

Quite possibly the best kitchen set up I've ever seen in a short term rental. We spent Thanksgiving at the property and were thrilled that we didn't have to pick up any last minute kitchen gear for our untraditional meal! Downstairs bathroom door didn't slide shut - looks like it had been attempted to be fixed with a leather cord prior to our stay. Great location, close to beach access in a quiet neighborhood, just moments from Hwy 101. Great kitchen table for family & friends to gather for meals or games. Overall, a great stay at Bella Beach.

At first, we thought it was smaller than we had thought but after unpacking and getting settled, it was a very cozy place. We spent a lot of time out on the front porch and the back hot tub. This house is on a street that doesn’t go through so not a lot of noise. Grandson was safely able to be out front.

Nice place to stay

This is a nice place. About 2 blocks or so from beach access. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Location is good. Had everything that we needed. List of closing tasks is pretty normal. Note that it doesn’t have air conditioning if that is a concern. (It was not an issue for us). We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent vacation!

Incredibly clean, every single pot/pan/cooking utensil you could imagine, and the master bed is one of the comfiest mattresses I’ve ever slept on! Hosts communicate well, only bummer was we couldn’t get the hot tub working. Overall great stay, would recommend to others seeking a nice weekend getaway!

Thanksgiving at the beach

Absolutely perfect stay! We have a tradition of going to the beach every Thanksgiving and this house made it an unforgettable holiday. It was clean, private, well stocked, hot tub, great location
have absolutely no complaints! I didn’t know Bella Beach existed and now it is the only beach I want to go to because of this house. We will definitely be coming back!!

Perfect space for a family

The house was very clean, spacious for 6 people, and the master bed was to die for comfy! We had a great stay, and the selection of pots and pans for cooking was wonderful.
