Welcome to our spacious, newly remodeled home, affectionally named “The LUX in Lakewood`. This basement apartment will make you feel tucked away in the safe, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to downtown Littleton (10 mins), Red Rocks Amphitheater (5 mins), and downtown Denver (20 mins).

This home offers an open concept, eat-in kitchen perfect for enjoy a sit down meal. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked (2-way coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, blender, and an instant pot to boot!). After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game, or watch a movie or sporting event on the TV. There is one bedroom, with a full bathroom. This home`s floor plan is perfect for the couple getaway, friends going to a concert, and corporate rentals.


Don’t want to be inside? Perfect! This home is minutes away from Red Rocks Park, Green Mountain Park and Bear Creek Lake Park. These parks offer hiking, biking and golf!


Littleton, CO, is a family-friendly suburb located about 10 miles south of Denver. It boasts miles of beautiful green space (1400 acres to be exact), a friendly community, and plenty of things to do and explore. You can access Denver via the RTD light rail lines D and C. CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Travel Insurance is recommended, especially when traveling in the winter in CO.

I can’t believe this property is even allowed to be posted on Expedia. The minute we pulled in we could hear people and children shouting. This is someone’s basement that was converted into an extra room to be occupied by maybe family/friends. NOT someone looking into staying somewhere on vacation, that’s looking for peace, comfort and quiet time. Walls were paper thin. You could hear multiple children shouting, you can feel them running around through the walls.The 5 mins spent in the residents was enough to make us so uncomfortable we had to search and rent an another hotel at and additional expense. Host never reached back out to us after several attempts to contact them to resolve issue and even after contacting the booking agent through Vrbo we still were unable to be in contact with the owner. But the owner comfortably collected the overpriced amount charged even though we never stayed to occupy the residence.

It was perfect for my husband and I. It was an easy drive to Red Rocks and downtown Morrison. It was clean and stocked with essentials. I recommend if you are going to Red Rocks for the sunrise or a concert.

Great location in Denver Area

Perfect location for our concert at Red Rocks and seeing the surrounding area. As some reviews mentioned, we could hear some noise from the house's occupants in the upper level but it wasn't often and wasn't loud at all, what you might experience in some hotel rooms. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Cozy but cold

Great location, and well appointed however there is no thermostat control. It was set to 73 which was 65 in the downstairs apartment. A small space heater was provided and I was able to borrow a larger one. Also, because there is a window a/c unit, the window does not close and lock. (As a single female traveler, this made me a little uneasy). I would stay again- albeit in warmer months!

Basement apartment located in quiet neighbor hood with easy access to many local attractions. Owner was good about getting check-in process to us in advance, replying to questions and provided information about local attractions and restaurants. A Great Location

This was a great location in the Denver area. Close to the mountains and quaint small towns yet close to all the activities of the big city. This place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and responsive.

Red Rocks very close

I want to compliment the ways this property was excellent, and the ways it could improve or not be the right rental for your needs. If you are going to a concert at Red Rocks, this place has an outstanding location. If you like to hike, run, or mountain bike, the Green Mountain Park is just down the street and is outstanding for views of Denver and Red Rocks (and friendly outdoor enthusiasts). The location is terrific and situates you close to so much hiking and great towns to visit like Morrison and Golden. One way we found it to be challenging was the tenants/family living in the house (not the owners). They were very nice so no issue there. They had small children that you could hear running and screaming. Nothing too constant, but just loud and not fun to deal with when you're on vacation. I love kids, but there was no sound proofing and you could hear everything. I didn't love parking on the street but that was just less convenient than parking in the large driveway. There was no way to control the temperature in the apartment. However, the tenants had the cooling on that was adequate for us, but I just like to control my own comfort with heating and cooling. Finally, the place was not ready/had not been prepared/cleaned when we arrived. Not fun when traveling across the country. I will say that it was remedied immediately/within 2 hours and I appreciate the responsiveness of the owner/property manager.
