To ensure the safety and security of our property and community, we require all guests to complete a secure identity verification process before check-in. This is a non-negotiable step for every reservation.

This verification is handled through a secure and private platform, EnsoConnect, an official trusted partner. As part of this screening process for legal compliance, you will be asked to:

1. Provide essential screening information, including your full name, email, phone number, date of birth, and address. We require this information to prevent fraud and to ensure we have a reliable way to contact you for any issues during your stay.
2. Upload a photo of your government-issued ID and a selfie for identity confirmation.
3. Review and sign our rental agreement.
4. Choose your security option: a refundable $1000 security deposit hold (returned after your stay provided no damage was found) OR a non-refundable $106.99 damage waiver fee (a hassle-free alternative).

The information you provide is encrypted and used solely for identity confirmation in compliance with local regulations and to protect against fraud. Your privacy is our top priority.

Your Digital Boarding Pass:

Completing your digital boarding pass is a quick and essential step to confirm your reservation and receive your check-in details. For your convenience, your digital boarding pass will be sent to your email at three key times: right after booking, 30 days before your arrival, and the night before check-in.

Once you've completed this step, you will see a digital welcome book with all of our recommendations and things to do. Your digital boarding pass will also display your home address, Wi-Fi details, check-in instructions, and the property access code. The access code will appear at 4 PM on your check-in day unless early check-in has been pre-approved.

HOUSE GUIDELINES/RULES:

Occupancy
Maximum: 16 people total on the property at any time (overnight + daytime visitors combined).
No exceptions. Extra beds and air mattresses are available for comfort, but not for exceeding this limit.

Overnight Guests
All overnight guests must be registered with full legal first and last names before check‑in.
No unregistered overnight guests are allowed.

Day Visitors
Day visitors are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing.
If approved, the 16‑person total maximum still applies.

Parties & Events
The city prohibits events, parties, business meetings, and large gatherings.
This means: no weddings, celebrations beyond 16 people, or local “party rentals.”
The home is intended for leisure stays only.

Noise & Neighbors
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.
Exterior noise monitoring and security cameras (outdoors only) are in place to protect the home and ensure compliance.

Security and Monitoring
Cameras cover the hot tub spa area and the property's surroundings.
No interior cameras are present, respecting your privacy.
Minut system monitors noise decibel levels in common areas to prevent parties and excessive noise. Does not record audio or video footage.

Check‑in: 4 PM | Check‑out: 11 AM (flexible with approval)
No pets
No smoking/vaping indoors (smoking permitted outside, 20 ft from the house — $1,000 fee if violated)
Parking: driveway & designated spaces (fits 2 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the driveway), no street parking that disrupts neighbors
Trash: Pickup is Wednesday mornings (Thursday if a holiday week). Bins must be placed out to the curb after 6 PM the night before (Tuesday), and must be returned the same day as trash pick up on Wednesday.
Our guests may not use HOA amenities (clubhouse, pool, golf, courts, gym).

Care for the Home
Treat the property with respect — just as you would your own.
Report any damages or issues promptly so we can keep the home beautiful for all guests.

Family reunion

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house which was perfect for our 22 member family- 12 kids and 10 adults. Few things happened but the prompt reply and ability to fix it quickly was nice. We had the best time. The kids all played games in the basement which they loved. They also had fun time watching movies at night! So much to do at the house. It was very welcoming and organized. Thanks for having us!!

Beautiful but not Well-Stocked

The house is beautiful and clean, and the location is great. The kitchen is gorgeous but isn’t well-stocked with adequate bowls, pans, glasses, etc. for the size of group that can stay at the house. The beds are not great—one was broken, no extra linens, and the mattresses are quite hard. The game room is awesome and the house has relaxing private areas for a large number of guests.

Sunset Casa - 5 stars!

We Celebrated my husbands 50th birthday with a large group of friends at the end of February 2025; the house was described and presented 100% accurately. The house was clean and ready for our early arrival and our group had ample space to enjoy the entire house for the weekend. The property manager was readily available for questions and any issues - which was helpful.i would highly recommend this property and its definitely affordable if you or your group will be utilizing all the space it has to offer. Bonus was the hot tub and the outdoor space that worked great with the 60 degree weather that we unexpectedly had!

Super spacious and lots of activities!

Overall the home was great! Hot tub took a few days to heat up to 104 degrees and some of the games are in beat up condition but everything still worked! If you have a large group it might be helpful to pack a towel or ask hosts to stock up some extra towels.

It was just as shown and advertised, they were helpful in figuring out the sleeping situation before we booked. It met our expectations with the exception of the hot them not being warm enough to use while we were there.

Spacious, very comfortable, great for large groups

We were a group of 6 ministry couples staying at the property to have our annual leadership meetings. The home is in a golf course community but since the backyard faced the course, we never felt "enclosed," nor did we ever feel our privacy was compromised by passing carts or golfers. The home itself is very spacious and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for our meetings in the living space, several different areas to have meals together, lots of natural light, and the kitchen and pantry space were awesome. The firepit and hot tub were perfect to enjoy in the evenings. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of parking in garage, driveway, and street for six cars. 10 minutes to grocery store/restaurants. Host communication very good and hospitable; lots of little touches of hospitality throughout the home. If you're a large party staying longer (more than a couple nights) host offers a mid-stay cleaning (additional fee); otherwise be prepared to launder towels and run the dishwasher often (bring extra soap) since towels and dishes are about enough for 10-14 people. Overall, a truly lovely experience for our group and it was pretty unanimous that they would book again.

Money Grabbing Host

Keep scrolling for another property. This experience was HORRIBLE. First of all, we had purchased the damage waiver through VRBO and the host would not allow us to check in without ALSO purchasing the property management's damage waiver. The host responded that it is very clear on their listing this is their policy! Then within 2 hours of checking in a friend stopped by with a dog. This is a no pet policy. THEY OWNER WAS WATCHING US ON CAMERA and reached out. We immediately apologized and offered to remedy this situation. A normal person would accept this resolution. Instead, we were EVICTED from a 5 night stay and not refunded ANY of our fees from the host! Seriously! For a dog! Instead of accepting our resolution to remove the dog from the property the owner told us we had one hour to vacate or the authorities would arrive. Despite HOURS of attempts to talk to the property manager he refused all our calls and would only text/ email. VRBO refused to help us. They wouldn't help us find alternative accommodations in the moment and they would

Awesome Wedding Stay

We used this house as a home base for my son’s wedding. It’s a beautiful, large home with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and a really fun bedroom setup for the little kids. For the short amount of time we were able to enjoy it, we utilized all of the amenities, especially the games in the basement. We wished we would have had more time and we all want to come back. If you need a clean, well appointed, functional home for any family gathering, you can’t go wrong with this one.

Excellent house with a few quirks!

Let me start by saying this property was roomy and just as described. Very spacious and plenty of room. My friends loved the place and so many personal touches that made our stay even more memorable. Now let’s discuss the cons
first there were 3 large garbage cans in garage that were very smelly and it was requested of the guests to take the trash out on trash day. I think that’s an unreasonable ask especially when it’s trash that has been there prior to our arrival. Secondly there was not a garage opener so every time we left the house someone would have to wait and let the garage down then go out the front door. That was a huge inconvenience and a safety concern. I’m all about solutions and my 1st compliant about the trash could be easily fixed by the housekeepers or some designated person be responsible for trash. That should not be the guests responsibility. My second complaint about the garage opener could have been corrected with a simple trip to Lowe’s or Home Depot and purchase a garage opener or at least let your guests know this beforehand not after check-in. Lastly upon check out we were asked to take out all the trash and wash dishes. Now again why are we paying a cleaning fee(which I’d like to add a hefty fee) for at this point. This was my 1st time using vrbo. Again we enjoyed our stay other than the quirks listed above.

Stayed here for the annual golf trip. Great house. Fire pit downstairs was a perfect spot to hang out and catch up. Owner is very accommodating - even if you bug him a lot like we did. Highly recommend if you can get it
