Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. • DOG RULES - MAX of 2 dogs allowed; there is a $100 pet fee per dog and you will be held responsible for damages; Please inquire with us for more details before booking; Please keep pets off of the beds and furniture; Yard cleanup - *BAGS ARE PROVIDED* - Please pick up after your PET by disposing of any waste into the trash bin before you checkout from the property. A $50 fee will be incurred if the yard is not picked up.; If an unapproved pet is found at the property you will be asked to vacate immediately and a $1000 fine will be incurred.

• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 3 levels with 2 stairwells, and there are no bedrooms on the entry floor.
