5. Cyclist Friendly: The city is very bike-friendly, with plenty of dedicated lanes. If you’re interested in bike rentals, let us know and we’ll help point you in the right direction.

✸ Security - A Ring Doorbell is installed at the front entrance (records audio + video).No indoor spaces are recorded.
☀ Pet fees cover shampooing of the rugs and mats, and removal of pet hair between guests. However, any extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged separately. Please clean up after your pet.
✸ While we do have regular pest control, you may occasionally see or hear small animals or insects in/around the property.

No Smoking inside the property, outside only. If you choose to smoke outside, please ensure cigarettes are fully extinguished and disposed of safely in the ashtray provided or in the outside garbage can. Cigarettes should never be left in the yard or disposed of inside the house.
