Perfect location for our Red Rocks KLove concerts!

We loved the trails right outside of this home. We walked them every day and everything was just no more than a 30 drive. We spent two days in red rocks and visited the Denver zoo. We ate at some fabulous restaurants, and of course the kitchen was fully stocked for us to do some cooking. Beds were super comfortable and enjoyed the quiet balcony every morning with my coffee. Highly recommend this property!

Well appointed with easy access to lots of activities

Great place with lots of room for 2 people and easy access to bike trails, breweries, red rocks, shopping, & restaurants. We loved our 4 night stay here and wished it was longer. We had never been to Littleton and loved the extensive bike trail system that was right outside our door. Host was so sweet and thought of everything -there were several “extras” that were nice touches. Would highly recommend staying here. Garage was also great for storing our bikes when not in use.

Hidden gem for sure!

We had a great stay in Littleton! The condo was very clean and so spacious! We’ve stayed at many vrbo’s and this one was the most well stocked of them all, didn’t need to buy a thing but food! The owners were very responsive and the neighborhood quiet. The location is great, walking distance to a beautiful trail, Breckinridge Brewery, and a great shopping area with a yummy breakfast place and Chick-Fil-A. Highly recommend!

Nice home

Property was as described. Only issue was a very crowded neighborhood. Cars everywhere. Didn’t affect our stay, and definitely not the owners fault. Just figured I would mention it. Great area, and only a block from the Platte river trail. Right next to a cool strip mall a the Breckenridge brewing company. Easy to get to anything.

Jan was a great host! Very responsive and accommodating! The condo is very nice and updated! Location excellent. Caution for the next year as C470 and Santa Fe go through upgrades to the lanes. Aspen Grove is walkable with restaurants and shopping! Will stay here again.

A truly great place to stay

This is an extremely nice property in all respects. There's plenty of space in the living area, comfortable furniture with plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities. The bedrooms are comfortable, each with it's own large screen TV. The primary bedroom has glass sliding doors out to a comfy deck and a beautiful tree providing shade. The entire house is fully equipped with lots of little extras often missing in rental units, making it a pleasure to be there. And then there's our host, Jan, who was always available for questions and making sure on an almost daily basis that we were comfortable. She gets our vote for best Vrbo host of the year !! We'll be coming back for another stay.

Great location

Visiting family and this location was perfect, neighbors were very nice and a nice walking trail right down the street. Townhome was perfect bedrooms great size and both rooms had king size beds. The lofts are nice but great for kids. Beautifully decorated. Hostess (Jan was so sweet and checked in with us to make sure everything was good.)
