OVERVIEW:
Bring the whole family to this spacious home, nestled along the foothills of the Rocky Mountains with a gorgeous view of the front range right in its backyard. This 5-bedroom and 4-bath home is perfect for those who want to explore what Colorado has to offer, while having a relaxing and secluded home to stay in.

Centrally located between all major city/attractions: Boulder, Denver, Red Rocks, and Ski Resorts like Eldora.

THE SPACE:
Escape to the foothills with our gorgeous, modern home. With tranquil views of the foothills from the backyard, this vantage point offers a private and enjoyable, yet capacious living experience throughout common areas. Private bedrooms are located throughout the house with comfortable beds (queen sized or larger) & accessible bathrooms.

The experience starts off with a gated, private front patio equipped with a fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating. As you enter our home, you'll be greeted by high ceilings and an open architecture. The whole house interweaves dining, kitchen, and family/living spaces all together seamlessly, while still maintaining privacy in the bedrooms.

On the main floor, the open family/living room is complete with a large, comfy couch, a 75-inch smart TV and cozy fireplace. The kitchen boasts a massive island, granite table for convenient seating and space for food prep. It also includes updated stainless steel appliances, a large smart fridge, microwave, stove and oven, and a fully stocked coffee station for your use. All cooking essentials are included! Walk out the sliding glass door in the dining space to the back patio for fresh mountain air and a beautiful scenery.

Upstairs, there's an open game/theater-like room is ready with video games and board games. This space is also perfect for those that want a cozy area to watch movies. The separate laundry room with a washer and dryer can be found next to the game room.

Candelas, Arvada, Colorado’s new home community offers a community tennis court and two recreation swim and fitness clubs that includes secure door access and 24/7 monitoring.

Excellent property and amenities. The location fit our needs perfectly. The property was close enough to Golden that we were able to host a tailgate breakfast for 12 and still get to the football game in time for the kickoff. We had plenty of room 3 couples to play games and eat meals together. Property owner was very easy to work with. We will definitely consider this property for future stays.

Relaxing family getaway

This house was perfect for our family, which included a 2 year old and an 8 month old. There was plenty of room for everyone to have space if they needed it. The kitchen was well appointed. Brandon was phenomenal with his communication. There’s a very nice playground just down the street and the house is located in a nice residential area. We saw an elk cow on the hill behind the house one day, and lots of birds and bunnies from the deck. We would absolutely recommend this house for a large (we were 6 adults and 2 children) group.

Great time for graduation.

We had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s property. We gathered as an extended family to attend graduation, and there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The two grandchildren, ages 18 months and 4 years old had a great time watching the wild bunnies outside and listening to the frogs at night from a pond nearby. We also enjoyed the playground a block away. Everything was well supplied and clean at the home, and we would love to visit again someday.
