We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Situated on the growing Denver–Boulder corridor, Westminster is easily accessed from either metropolitan area. Westminster has become a burgeoning city with much to offer including fantastic parks, hikes, lakes, shopping districts and much more.

Soft morning light filters through wide windows as you stretch out on the oversized sectional or sip coffee in the redesigned kitchen. The laughter of a foosball match drifts up from downstairs while the fenced backyard beckons for fresh air. This Westminster retreat offers room to gather, unwind, and explore, with thoughtful touches for both families and friends.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. Upstairs you’ll find two rooms with queen beds and a third with a twin-over-twin bunk, plus toys and a pack-n-play for little travelers. On the lower level, one bedroom offers a queen bed while another provides two twin beds. Each floor has a full bathroom with walk-in showers, modern fixtures, and stocked toiletries.

Living and entertainment
The main level opens into a sunlit living room with an electric fireplace and smart TV, perfect for quiet evenings or gathering together. Downstairs doubles as a lounge and game room, complete with another smart TV, oversized sectional, foosball table, and board games. A dedicated yoga room invites relaxation or meditation.

Kitchen & dining
The redesigned kitchen features new countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals, including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and a coffee and spice station. A dining table anchors the space, giving everyone a place to share meals and conversation.

Outdoor living
Step into the large fenced backyard, ideal for morning yoga, playful afternoons, or evenings under the stars. Outdoor furniture provides seating, and the two-car garage and private driveway add convenience. Pets are welcome, making the home pet-friendly.

Amenities
Guests will find essentials including washer and dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fan, portable fans, heating, and Wi-Fi with an ethernet connection. The home also includes a smart lock for self check-in, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Neighborhood
Nestled in a quiet, safe area, the property is minutes from Denver’s highways with easy access to Boulder, Golden, and the Rocky Mountain foothills. Local favorites include Water World, Standley Lake Regional Park, the Butterfly Pavilion, golf courses, and Old Town Arvada’s shops and restaurants. Driving times are short to many attractions: 4 minutes to Water World, 13 minutes to Coors Field, 16 minutes to Downtown Denver, 19 minutes to Golden, and 23 minutes to Boulder.

When we arrived, the place looked decent. It appeared to be clean but as we were packing to go and I was looking for lost things from kids, I noticed that under the couch downstairs, there was trash from previous stays. The were extremely responsive and kind when our toddler locked us out of the rental.

Room for everyone

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Clean,well stocked and a lot of space. We had a problem with the internet (totally our fault) and the property management responded very quickly and patiently. We'll definitely book again when we're in the Denver area.

Comfortable although minimal

We enjoyed our stay at your house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything it needed, the grounds were neat, and the neighborhood was quiet. The best attribute of this house is the covered backyard patio. This allowed our group to sit and converse in the evenings. The inside of the house doesn't really have a sitting area, that can fit 6 adults comfortably, so this feature was a good addition. There is also only one TV, in the basement, which we found odd, as we thought there should have been one in the living room. The bedroom which I used did not have a dresser, so i had to live out of my suitcase during our stay. Other rooms had minimal furnishings, as well. If I were the owner of this property, i would (1) clean up the back patio area a bit, and get some new patio furniture, (2) get a bigger kitchen table and some updated livingroom furniture that seats more people with a TV, and (3) put a small dresser in the back bedroom. Thanks for the use of the house.
