Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

LIVING SPACE:
When you step into this newly updated home, you will be greeted by a relaxing, retro-chic living space with a velvet couch and leather accent chairs for gathering. The living area flows right into the dining room and kitchen for an open concept feel.

The kitchen has ample counter space and is fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite counters, all cookware, dishware and glassware for your stay as well as a coffee pot and water kettle. It is stocked with basic pantry items for your stay including sugar, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and tea. The wrap-around bar top in the kitchen provides countertop seating for 2 guests. The dining area seats 6 people comfortably. A high chair is available for use as well.

The lower level is where all the fun is. As you head downstairs, you will be greeted by the second living space and game area, featuring a cozy sectional couch with a 65” Smart TV to watch your favorite shows or movie. Say goodbye to boredom with a high-top table for card or board games, giant connect4, putt-putt golf and pop-a-shot basketball. The wet bar provides additional counter space, seating, a sink, complimentary snacks, a mini-fridge, glassware and bar set up with a shaker & strainer to mix your favorite cocktail.

Completing the lower level is the laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets, as well as an ironing board and iron.

BEDROOMS:
This home has 5 mod-designed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can host up to 12 guests. The master bedroom is fitted with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The eclectic design will leave you feeling rejuvenated. In the closet, a pack n play is available for use.

The remaining bedrooms are furnished with 2 queen beds on each floor. Each bedroom offers guests their own private retreat with luxury linens, comfortable mattresses, nightstands and closet space–guaranteed to offer a restful night’s sleep.

Featuring 3 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for groups to get ready. Each bathroom is supplied with hotel-quality towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
