Tucked in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, this home blends playful discovery with deep restoration. A nearby park with tennis courts and open green space is steps away, and we provide tennis and pickleball gear if you’re feeling active.

Inside, recovery takes center stage.

Train in the private gym with a full power cage, free weights, treadmill, and adjustable benches. Set the mood with music and color-changing Bluetooth lights, then transition into reset mode. Sweat it out in the aroma-infused barrel steam sauna, cool down in the cold plunge, or rotate through the full circuit — a ritual known to support muscle recovery, mental clarity, immune health, and total rejuvenation.

As evening falls, slip into the private hot tub and watch the backyard come to life as the landscape lights glow outside. This home offers flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate your group comfortably:
• Bedroom 1: King bed (+ optional baby crib)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: King bed + Queen fold-out memory foam mattress
• Bedroom 4 (Gym): Upon request, we can convert the gym into a private sleeping space with a Queen fold-out memory foam bed.

Let us know your preferences, and we’ll set up the space to best suit your needs!

Note: For groups of 9-10 guests, we provide a premium Queen memory-foam mattress & frame set up in the gym that folds out, creating an additional private sleeping space. For the 9th and 10th person, there is a $25 per person fee per night, automatically included in the pricing.
