A 75-inch TV with built-in surround-sound system provides captivating entertainment in the cozy living room space, with a 2nd, 60-inch TV at the foot of the king bed in one bedroom. The shower has three shower heads, including a large "rain" style head directly above. In-unit laundry machines mean that you can stay comfortably, even on an extended visit! One bedroom contains office/desk space, and the whole property has free and fast wi-fi access, perfect for those guests who work remotely.

The front door is literally steps from fine dining (Blue Pan Pizza, Ronin Sushi), casual dining (Crepes 'n Crepes, the French Press), coffee/breakfast (Under The Umbrella Cafe and Bakery, The French Press), a popular ice cream shoppe (Sweet Cooie's), and a neighborhood-anchoring liquor/convenience store (Capitol Heights Pharmacy). - Starter supplies provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.
