Welcome to The Harmony House! Recently renovated from top to bottom, this spacious home combines modern style with endless entertainment. Gather for movie nights in the brand-new theater room, enjoy friendly competition in the game room, challenge the family on the putt-putt course, or soak in the hot tub under the stars. With a fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, and plenty of room to gather, The Harmony House was designed to bring families and friends together in comfort, style, and fun.

BEDROOMS

This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably.

Bedroom 1 (Primary Bedroom): Retreat to the spacious primary suite featuring a luxurious King bed, stylish furnishings, and plenty of room to unwind after a day of adventure.

Bedroom 2: This inviting bedroom features a comfortable King bed, thoughtful décor, and a peaceful atmosphere designed for restful nights.

Bedroom 3: Located on the lower level, this bedroom offers a King bed and a cozy setting, making it the perfect private retreat.

Bedroom 4 (Bunk Room): Designed with families and groups in mind, this fun-filled bunk room features three bunk beds. Two bunk beds offer a total of four Twin beds, while the third bunk bed features two Queen beds, creating a versatile sleeping space for kids and adults alike.

BATHROOMS

You`ll find 2.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels throughout the home.

The primary suite includes a private en-suite bathroom. An additional full bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms, while a convenient half bathroom is located on the main living level. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group`s convenience.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE

The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked and thoughtfully designed for gathering. Featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to large family dinners, it`s the heart of the home.

The dining area offers seating for up to 12 guests and flows seamlessly into the spacious living room. Relax by the cozy gas fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or gather with friends and family in the comfortable seating area. Whether you`re planning the day`s adventures or enjoying a quiet evening in, this welcoming space offers room for everyone.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner`s closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.

We welcome you to invite loved ones to get together to enjoy this spacious, colorful home in Arvada, close to all that Denver Metro has to offer. This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off the main access freeways to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 5 min away and numerous restaurants in the surrounding area.

Ride share is readily available throughout the Denver Metro Area.

We will send a house guide prior to your arrival that also shares recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

Please note: Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 8am. The home is in a residential area and we ask that you please respect our neighbors.

No smoking of any kind is permitted in the house. We will charge up to $1000 for indoor smoking. Our guests are welcome to smoke outside.
