NOT AS ADVERTISED. The pictures in the description are not accurate including missing a couch in the main living room and having a different, old broken down couch in the basement. A game room is advertised - there is a broken foosball table that is literally falling apart and there was no ball & no games. The kitchen was not equipped to cook a meal. The plates and coffee mugs were chipped. The kitchen disposal didn't work and the sink would clog so it was hard to wash dishes. Worst of all... the house was SO DIRTY. There were food chunks all over the kitchen table and counters. The refrigerator had a big spill inside it. Dirty carpets. There were no cleaning supplies so we had to go buy supplies to clean the kitchen and bathrooms. All of the sinks and bathtubs were noticeably dirty w/ hairs around. One toilet needed a flush. The towels were old and smelled moldy. We bought laundry detergent so we could wash them. The sheets did not seem fresh and clean either. The smoke detector started chirping in the middle of the night the last two nights. The downstairs was way too cold (around 55 degrees at night). There was trash on deck and back yard (including beer cans). When we arrived, 3 overflowing trash cans were in the driveway. We never used the hot tub because we figured if they could not provide a clean house we did not trust hot tub chemistry, There was almost no toilet paper. We had to buy tp too. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL.
