The Space:
Enjoy this bright and beautiful townhome set amongst the mountain foothills in the historic, quaint, and gold rush-era town of Golden. Centrally located close to downtown Golden and in close proximity to I-70, there are endless activities for every season that you’ll be sure to enjoy. Bring a car to explore far and wide, utilize the Golden RTD light rail just a little over a mile away, or bring your bike to get around town.

Entering the townhome on the main level, you will be greeted by a large living area with a cozy sectional including a lounger, accompanied nicely by leather armchairs, and a TV. This relaxing space boasts a rustic and sophisticated feel, with a music theme sprinkled throughout the home. Kick back and relax with some streaming apps (must use your own accounts) as you nestle in after a long day of adventuring. Head across the way into the dining area and kitchen to enjoy each other's company in this open space floor plan. Mingle with your guests as you cook, or open up the sliding doors for some fresh air and a pre-dinner hangout on the balcony.

Start off your evenings on the private patio located out the front door in the front of the townhome. Lounge in the outdoor seating area, or dine al-fresco at the outdoor table. Get ready for the ultimate relaxation with your own private hot tub, where you can relax your muscles from a long day of adventuring. Watch the day turn into night against the backdrop of the foothills as you enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Colorado has to offer in these outdoor spaces.

Moving our way back into the townhome, the other levels offer 3 bedrooms to spread out over; all with private ensuite full bathrooms. Enjoy the sunny and warm king primary bedroom with a TV and seating area for two, or head down to the basement level for a cooler king bedroom with a desk and chair. Alongside the primary suite on the top level is the full bedroom with a second desk and chair, & a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Need to accommodate more guests? There is a sleeper sofa conveniently located in the living area.

With hiking, biking, fishing, climbing, kayaking, breweries, restaurants, shopping and so much more right at your fingertips, you’ll always have something to do.

With Downtown Golden only 5 minutes away, you can enjoy the beautiful mountain views surrounding the vibrant streets, lined with restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and more! Enjoy fine dining or a farm-to-table restaurant experience for a romantic night out for two, or bring the whole family for the many other dining options, whether it’s pizza, sandwiches bar-b-que, or burgers.

With the iconic Coors landmark, grab your friends and head over for an interactive Coors Brewery tour that includes a tasting. Quench your thirst by visiting the many breweries and distilleries around town. Visit the Buffalo Bill Museum or Golden History Park for some live local history. Have fun with the family at Dinosaur Ridge to discover 100-million-year-old fossils, and play at the Splash Aquatic Park and Fossil Trace. Stroll around the historic grounds a the Colorado School of Mines, where you can go on a guided tour or cheer for the home team at a football game.
