Fully Renovated Gem near Cherry Creek North

Welcome to Denver! Our beautiful neighborhood is quiet with easy access to main roads & highways. This location is a short walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Our basement is newly renovated and built with the comforts of our guests in mind. It includes a private entrance, one bedroom, one bathroom, a closet, a spacious living area and a full kitchen/bar area as well as an outdoor sitting space. This is perfect for small families, friends visiting, or couples looking to get away. Guests have their own private access to the home to ensure comfort and simplicity. (we are stying upstairs on the main level). The entrance is on the LEFT SIDE of the house when you arrive with a separate door! Lock access code is automatically sent the day of your arrival.

The host was super helpful when it came to finding the location. We truly loved walking into the space, which is larger than the pictures give credit, after a long day of doing things around denver. I would highly recomend this property for anyone who is just trying to spend some time in quiet comfort in denver.

Beautiful property, wonderful host, clean, comfortable bed and fully stocked with everything we could have needed! They couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. Perfect location near university of Denver in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of street parking. These hosts go above and beyond for their guests. They also have great communication and fast response time when I had questions. I hope it’s available the next time we come to Denver.

Perfect spot

perfect spot for my daughter and I. Close to observatory Park and in the neighborhood where my son lives so convenient. The apartment was clean and accommodating, very comfortable. Would stay here again. The host was very friendly and helpful when we had questions.

This property is beautifully decorated, very clean, bright, and cozy in a really nice neighborhood close to lots of conveniences. The host provided everything I needed for my 3-night stay, and obviously cares about providing a great experience for guests. Highly recommend! Will stay there again next time I'm in Denver.

The location was perfect and the home was beautiful just as advertised. The only issue we had is there is no control for the A/C in the area that we stayed in and it was not very cool. I can only assume the A/C control is in the main part of the house where the owner lives (the rental area is in the basement) and when I reached out to the owner, after being in the unit for maybe a few hours, to see if she could help us as it was too warm her response was that there was a fan we could use in the closet and that should help. Thankfully the weather wasn't unbearable out but we still needed to run the fan the entire stay just to keep the area cool.

Last Minute Booking Experience

Unfortunately, my experience at this property was uncomfortable and disappointing. The listing was misleading—marketed as suitable for four guests, but the space was much closer to a small one-bedroom unit.From the beginning, the host’s actions felt discriminatory. Family members who came briefly to help with luggage were met with suspicion, and I was accused of violating guest limits even though the reservation rules were followed. The host also made false accusations about smoking with no evidence, despite claiming the unit was “smoker friendly.” We respected every house rule, and no smoking occurred on or in the property.The host followed my family members into private areas, made repeated accusations, and treated us as if we were doing something wrong—when we were not. This made my family, particularly my cousins (Black men visiting from out of town), feel extremely unwelcome and targeted. Two of them left that same night due to how they were treated.I would not recommend this host to other travelers, especially those from marginalized communities. I hope Vrbo takes a closer look at how this host engages with guests.

Great VRBO, Wonderful Host

Host, Edina, was wonderful. She was easy to contact and always replied quickly. The accommodations were clean, tastefully decorated, and easily accessible. There was street construction, but Edina kept us informed each step of the way so there were little to no inconveniences. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Denver.

My third stay here. Location is great for shopping, restaurants, and just getting around south Denver. Edina keeps the place immaculate and it was all of the kitchen items I need. The unit is very quiet. I will continue to stay here!

Another Great Stay

This was my second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first. It’s immaculate. Owner is friendly and her communications are thorough. Location is in a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, restaurants, and I-25. I will stay here again when I visit Denver.
