Experience the charm of Olde Town while staying in our beautifully renovated private house. We have thought of every detail to make your family`s stay comfortable and convenient (stroller, pack-n-play, high chair) without worrying about packing extra gear.

Located just a short drive from popular ski areas, the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and Denver`s vibrant scene.

And when your trip is over, checking out is as simple as locking the door - our cleaners will take care of the rest.

The front door opens to the living room, dining room, and kitchen, with all new fixtures and stainless steel appliances.
Farm-house sink with pull-down spring faucet, natural gas range/oven, and an ice/water dispenser on refrigerator.
King & Queen bedrooms are to the left, separated by a full bathroom.
Office space and laundry/coat storage are in the back, with a door to a covered patio.

Parking is available on the street.

This property is not furnished or accessible for mobility impaired persons.

House features a dishwasher, full washer/dryer, and a dog-friendly yard. The yard is not fully fenced, and is not suitable for unattended doggos.

There is a pack-n-play with mattress & covers, a stroller, a high-chair, a changing table, and plastic dishes for kids. The queen bed and roll-out twin are great for smaller family members.

The house worked out perfectly for attending a special local class. Much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The kitchen is updated and having the use of a washer and dryer is very useful.

The place was very nice and peaceful with all the amenities that you needed for a wonderful stay. Centrally located so that you could get to stores, restaurants and fun outdoor locations quickly but was quiet so that you could relax and get a good night sleep. Definitely plan on being back next year. Host communications were easy and timely with easy to follow instructions on getting in and checking out. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very cute home in a nice area. Overall the house looked clean, however, the bedding and sheets were full of dog hair. I loved that this house was dog friendly but I felt very uncomfortable sleeping in someone else's pet's hair.

Overall, we had a great stay at this home! We traveled from Texas to stay in Denver for 3 weeks and this was an awesome location. Olde Town Arvada is a ten minute walk, which we walked almost every night during our stay. This location is only 15 min from downtown Denver and about 20 min from Golden and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This is a great home base if you plan to travel around Colorado or for a short stay in Denver. We had a few hiccups with the breaker tripping whenever we tried to do laundry and a couple times watching tv. The fire alarm also went off multiple times when using the oven (only baking biscuits, nothing greasy), which makes me think it needs a deep cleaning to get food residue off the bottom. There also weren’t very many cleaning supplies, which isn’t a huge deal if you’re staying short term, but would have been nice to have some all purpose cleaner to clean counters/bathrooms for a long term stay like we had. Ruth was a very responsive host and replied within 24 hours whenever we reached out with issues. Overall we enjoyed using this as home base for our Denver stay and the price is hard to beat in the area!

Perfect spot for your Red Rocks show stay

Very cute, updated, and clean home! We met up with family for a quick trip into town to see a show at Red Rocks, and this made for a perfect home base. Even though it’s on Ralston Rd, it was very quiet. The property manager was very responsive and sweet! Thanks for a great stay!
