Welcome to our beautiful and spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in Arvada, CO! Our home is perfect for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring all that Colorado has to offer. The neighborhood is within walking distance of several parks and playgrounds and is just a short drive from local attractions at Olde Town Arvada. For Denver adventures, we are 20 minutes from Downtown Denver.

The house features 4 bedrooms, with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The three guest rooms are outfitted with queen-sized beds. The bedrooms also come with quality bed linens, pillows, and additional blankets.

There are three bathrooms in the house, with plenty of space for everyone to get ready in the morning. All of the bathrooms are stocked with plenty of fresh towels and basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The living room is a great place for families to relax and spend time together. There is plenty of seating for everyone and a large flat-screen TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a formal dining table with six seats and a smaller breakfast table with four seats.

For families with young children, we provide a pack n' play, a high chair, baby monitoring and many more.

Amazing place!!

Hands down our most favorite find in the years we’ve been enjoying VRBO alternatives durning travel. Super comfortable in EVERY way. It’s the first place we’ve ever found that offers high end, SUPeR comfortable queen size beds and linens /towels for all 4 rooms. Spacious bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, back yard wood and (comfort cushion) furniture to soak in the evening outside (or with your coffee in the morning) and downstairs for hanging out and sleeping as well. This spacious and well equipped home has been recently renovated down to el last detail of comfort and fun. Fun?? Downstairs there’s a game room complete with basketball game and set ups up and downstairs for “movie night”! Tasteful, great decisions were made in renovating to make this one a “must” for those lucky enough to come across it in their search. Grab it if you’re lucky enough to find your dates here!!

Wonderful property and host

As a family with small children, this property was perfect. Plenty of room for the kids to play in the basement, games and toys, baby accessories. Everything was clean and the house was comfortable. Amazing amenities. We had the perfect trip thanks to the hosts. Very quick to answer and checking in throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Great vacation retreat!

This was a great house to stay with my family. Brian and Maria were extremely helpful and answered all questions very quickly! We loved staying here! My kids loved the basketball game downstairs and we enjoyed playing several board games together downstairs. The house was beautiful and centrally located. We were never more than 30 minutes from where we going to events: Christmas dinner at the Denver Downtown Aquarium or fun amusement rides at Elitch Gardens.

Quiet Olde Town Arvada House

This is an old, quiet part of Arvada and is close to Olde Town as well as new restaurants and supermarkets. Lots of room for guests in this house and has been nicely remodeled.

As soon as we reached the quiet residential area in Arvada, a nice suburb of Denver, parked in front of the house nestled in beautiful plants, we felt at home.The access code (personalized) worked right away, the house: clean, clearly structured, equipped with everything you don't take on a plane trip and technically new(even PC screens in a small study if you need a bigger screen!). Conclusion: we felt comfortable, the contact with the landlord was uncomplicated and problem-free, questions were always answered quickly and competently. Conclusion: we can recommend the house, ,close to Denver but far enough away to find its peace.

Touch of home in Arvada

Great property in NW suburb of Denver. Tons of space, even for our family of 5. Nice back patio, great finish and furnishings inside. The Nespresso machine (with pods) was a nice touch. My teenage boys ruled the basement and played the pop-shot basketball game a lot. Beds were very comfortable. Great location for our itinerary of Denver, Boulder, Estes Park, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Brian and Maria are amazing hosts
checking in with us to ensure everything was going well. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home so very much! We were in Denver for a family wedding and had family members arriving on various dates throughout the week. The house was so accommodating to our large group. There were eight of us at one time. We especially enjoyed the different levels, with each providing private space so that we didn't feel we were all on to[p of each other. The three bathrooms were definitely appreciated. The home was exceptionally clean and the owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to all of my questions. The location is also wonderful...close to anything at all you may need! Would love to stay again!

Great experience

We were in the area for a week long softball tournament. The house was very clean and we experienced no issues during our stay. The few times I reached out to Brian for some ideas he was very quick to respond. The house was a great location for us and a quick ride to Arvada to jump on the train to head downtown for a few events.

Lovely home for family

Very nice renovated house with basement that had 2 bedrooms couch tv basketball pop a shot and bathroom. Great for my son and his wife and newly crawling baby. We stayed main level with 2 bedrooms kitchen laundry couch tv and 2 bathrooms. Little shaded patio to step out onto and watch wildlife. Nice stores nearby. Lovely

This home was simply perfect for our stay. Comfortable. Clean. Perfect! So many details - so thoughtful and generous. Brian took care of everything for us - before and during our stay.
