IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES
Please review these requirements before booking:
• Maximum occupancy is six adult guests
• Only registered guests are permitted unless approved in advance
• No parties, events, large gatherings, or disruptive behavior
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Music, movies, conversations, and other sound must remain at respectful levels
• No amplified sound that can be heard from neighboring properties during quiet hours
• Smoking, vaping, marijuana, cigars, hookahs, and other combustible products are prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors
• Maximum of two vehicles, parked only in the driveway
• Do not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or fire hydrants
• Exterior security cameras monitor entrances and outdoor areas only; there are no cameras inside the home or in private guest spaces
• Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee and is recommended for stays of five nights or longer
This is a peaceful residential neighborhood. Violations involving unauthorized guests, parties, excessive noise, smoking, occupancy limits, or local regulations may result in termination of the stay without a refund.
