Shared Spaces: Dining area and Kitchen. Light Use of Fridge, Stove and Microwave is included. No heavy cooking at all. Respect privacy of other guests and clean up after yourself.

This is a shared townhome with two respectful and friendly long-term male renters living on the main level, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for everyone. The in-unit laundry is shared, with a dedicated laundry day once a week for smooth coordination.

Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, this guest room provides a comfortable stay with great amenities and a fantastic location!

• All adult guests must provide a government-issued photo ID after booking (no exceptions) to ensure a safe and secure stay.
• Please keep shared and private areas clean and organized.
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Clean up after yourself when using the restroom.
• Shared spaces use is allowed. Only Light Kitchen use is allowed.
• Clean up after eating and avoid leaving clutter in shared areas.
• No smoking or marijuana, no pets, and no parties allowed.
• Respect privacy and maintain a peaceful, family-friendly environment.
