-This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.
-For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
-Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Wouldn’t return

We did not feel particularly safe at the location of the property. We also did not appreciate the condition of the backyard and the yard is a hole which was overgrown with unruly weeds very ugly. The resident was fine, but nothing special.

Cleaning people should really have a check list of what is needed in the property. Such as glasses maybe some extra hangers, coffee pot’s filter holder was missing. Maybe rake back yard so dog poop can be picked up and also not dragging leaves inside. By the way I swept leaves off the back stoop. Was informed prior to checking in that dish washer was not working. Didn’t really bother us since really didn’t eat there other than breakfast.

We loved how close this place with everything nearby we wanted to do! The place was clean, loved hot water during showersz the front door was a little hard to open when we checked in , but nothing we couldn't handle. Overall, a great place to stay !

We enjoyed this property

The hosts were very accommodating when we requested a crib and highchair for our baby. Both helpful items were waiting for us in the rental when we arrived. The check-in and check-out process is slick and easy. The home decorated well. All beds linens and towels were bright and clean. Even the fenced in backyard had patio table, chairs, and gas grill. With that said, the bathtub could have used a better cleaning. I raised the bathmat to check for cleanliness before bathing my children. Under the mat I found evidence of gray matter and white mold. Tha is the only reason I gave this rental 4 stars.

Quick weekend get away.

We had a wonderful stay in Lakewood,CO. My grandchildren hope to visit again. We were so comfortable in this rental and would be happy to stay here again. Location was ideal, close to the light rail, and close to so many areas of interest.

Baseball/Golf trip

Overall property was great, location was perfect for our trip. Plenty of places to eat annd shop locally. Only complaint would be the AC. It was a wall unit in the living room. There were ceiling fans in every room and that little unit did do a decent job of cooling off the property.

Great place to stay!

My mom, my kids, and I stayed here because my son was in a soccer tournament over Memorial Day weekend. The beds were comfy, check-in was a breeze, and the listing was just as described. It was perfect for what we wanted and needed. The only issue we encountered was that someone was yelling and being highly obnoxious right outside our window around 3am on our last night there. Even with that slight annoyance, I would definitely stay here again. A side note, the coffee pot needs basket filters instead of the cone filters that were provided.

Perfectly located duplex

My husband, dogs and I had a great time at this property. It was perfectly located so you can easily get to the city and foothills. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was very convenient. The backyard and amenities were a nice touch. We will definitely be back!

Great little home base

Perfect little place for what we needed on a weekend trip to Denver! Check in was easy and the property was very clean - also close access to interstate to easily get out to where we were hiking and then into downtown denver later. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus for our pups too.

Just Like it was Advertised

This is not a fancy place but it was just like the pictures showed and it what was what we had hoped for at this price point. Beds and linens all comfortable and clean. Loved the backyard patio for morning coffee. We were on the move a lot so it was a nice place to call base camp as we did our day trips north and south exploring Colorado and visiting relatives. Would stay there again for sure.

Waited for over 24 hours for AC to be fixed during summer

Checked in and informed the rental company that the AC was not working and was told “it should cool off outside tonight so we will send someone out tomorrow”. So we slept as best we could in the hot house despite outside temps everyday were over 90 degrees. The inside of the house was over 80 degrees. Company told us we needed to wait at the property for the repairman so we lost an entire day of vacation waiting for him just to find out from the repairman that it’s not his first job so he would’ve never been able to come prior to 5pm that day! The repairman didn’t show up until over 24 hours after notifying the rental company of the issue!!!! All day the rental company told us “he should be there soon” hours and hours sitting in a hot house with my 80 year old grandfather and not able to enjoy our vacation because the rental company didn’t think it was a priority. Very poor customer service, I will never rent through this company again. If zero stars was an option that’s what I would’ve given.

Location was convenient for our needs. The house could use a better cleaning honestly and they need to make a better policy for cleaning up dog poop. The back yard was full of precious dogs waste. Overall not a bad experience but could have been cleaner and maybe better maintained.
