Welcome to your bright 2BR Denver retreat! This modern, spacious home features a large living area, full kitchen, and private parking. Relax on the covered patio or enjoy the big yard after a day exploring nearby Bear Creek Park, River Point, or Downtown Denver. Easy access to Highway 285 and the light rail makes getting around simple. Perfect for work trips, family getaways, or extended stays. Comfort, convenience, and Colorado charm await!
Step inside to find an inviting open layout filled with natural light. The living roomâs oversized sectional, wood coffee table, and 65` smart TV create a cozy spot for downtime.
The kitchen is fully stocked... from a Crock-Pot and nonstick cookware to a coffee setup with both drip and kettle options. Youâll also find full-size appliances and plenty of counter space for longer stays.
Both bedrooms feature plush king beds (one king bed is two twin size mattresses put together in a trundle style bed) with layered linens, blackout curtains, and nightstands with charging lamps. The bathrooms are fresh and modern, with thoughtful details like floral accents, framed mirrors, and hotel-style towels.
Tile and laminate flooring throughout make the space easy to keep spotless â perfect for families and professionals on the move.
Guests have private access to the entire 2-bed, 2-bath lower-level suite, including a full kitchen, dining area, living space, and dedicated entrance. Street parking is free and easy.
Yard is only shared space.
No on-site laundry.
