BEDROOMS:

This home features 2 cozy and stylish bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable Queen bed. Perfect for smaller groups, it can accommodate up to 4 guests.

BATHROOM:

This home includes 1 modern, fully stocked bathroom featuring sleek design, bright lighting, and premium hotel-grade towels. The shower is stocked with essentials; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

KITCHEN AND LOUNGE:

The fully stocked kitchenette offers everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig. Please note there is not a stove or oven. However, there is a plug-in 2 burner hot plate.

Relax in the spacious lounge area, complete with a 65" Smart TV and fast internet access, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

Step outside into the expansive backyard, your private retreat for outdoor enjoyment. In addition to a fire pit, BBQ grill, and a variety of yard games, the highlight of the space is the luxurious 4 person wet sauna, where you can relax and unwind. Please note the backyard and amenities are shared with the upper unit.

The guest suite is located on the lower level, accessible via a full flight of stairs. The main floor (first level) and garage are off-limits to guests, as they are occupied by tenants. The private entrance is at the backyard, where you also have full access to enjoy the outdoor space during your stay. Feel free to make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or need local recommendations.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70. There is a grocery store 5 min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

While you will have access to a thermostat, please note that the upper apartment is on the same zone and will also have access to adjust the temperature.

There are plenty of ride share options in this area to get where you want to go. Reach out to your host should you need more information.

The morning of check-in, I will send you a link containing an electronic guidebook. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information related to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do in town, my favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

Please note that the guest suite is located on the lower level, accessible via a full flight of stairs. The first floor (main level) is off-limits to guests, as it is occupied by tenants. Be aware that they do have a dog living on the main floor.

This home is in a residential area, and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down and may result in civil prosecution. If you're unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out, and we will be happy to assist.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy.
