You'll find two and a half fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find one half bath downstairs, one walk in shower and one shower tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.
The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining table has enough chairs for 6 guests! The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, which is complete with 2 large couches, board games, large windows, and a beautifully designed space. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.

The house has a fenced-in patio for your use with outdoor chairs to enjoy the famous CO weather! There is parking for 1 car in the garage and 1 car in the driveway for a total of 2 potential parking spots.

Youâll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. Iâm only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. Iâm happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.
This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 4min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
