Plenty of space to gather and relax after exploring the city. Long driveway and wide street means plenty of parking and fenced backyard is great for pups traveling with you. Just north of downtown, easy access to major highways, airport, and mountains. Nearby city lakes are fun for playgrounds, parks, and walks.

This home has been uniquely remodeled to allow for 2 separate units for affordable stays. However, this listing is for the entire house where guests will have access to both the main level and the basement. Guests will enter through the front door and receive lockbox code to the basement door.
