Please read all:
Stay in this central home base and get to downtown Denver or I-70 in 10 minutes and shopping/groceries in 3 minutes. Hop on the light rail, which is just a 7-minute walk, and travel all along the Denver metro area.
This is a quaint, fully-stocked one-bedroom unit featuring a large kitchen, onsite laundry and parking, and more.
We serve traveling nurses and business professionals (and their pets) as weâre centrally located to Lutheran Medical and St Anthony Hospital (10 min).
You`ll enjoy:
â A comfy queen-sized bed with extra pillows and blankets
â In the summer months: A portable air conditioning unit in the living room with the power to cool most of the apartment, and a fan in the bedroom
â A fully-stocked kitchen area with a fridge and freezer; stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, full-sized drip coffee maker and coffee/sugar, cooking oil and basic spices, and all of your kitchenware
â A workstation tailored to the business traveler, complete with high-speed wi-fi at 200+ Mbps
â A smart TV with YouTube TV providing hundreds of local and cable channels, and Netflix - one in the living room and one in the bedroom
â A bathroom area with a toilet, sink and shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lots of storage for your toiletries
â Other amenities such as an iron for your clothes, closets for your belongings, and cleaning materials
â Onsite washing machine and dryer. Coin-operated, takes quarters.
â A courtyard where your pets can hang out and do their business. Complete with pet clean-up stations.

â Single-level complex (all units are on the ground floor). No one above, below, or to one side of you. You only share one wall.

â A convenient 3-minute drive to the grocery store
â Starter supplies provided of paper goods, cleaning, cooking items, and toiletries. Guests are responsible for additional supplies if the provided starter supplies run out.

***PLEASE NOTE:
This part of Lakewood is a diverse area, and is an up-and-coming neighborhood. The apartment complex and area are safe, but please be aware that, as with most of Denver Metro right now, this area sees some homelessness. We`ve never had any issues with anyone, but I know some people may be sensitive to potentially seeing homelessness in the neighborhood, so please keep this in mind when booking.
Also, this complex has a zero tolerance policy for parties. We have strict rules in place and large groups are prohibited along with loud music. If you are looking to book a space to party in, please look elsewhere. Thank you.
Note: The rent rates are as listed and we do not do discounts on rent.
You have private access to the entire unit. Youâll have one free parking space provided in the parking lot directly in front of the building. Additional vehicles can utilize the free street parking available surrounding the building.
This apartment is right down the street from two different light rail stations: Lamar Station off 13th and Lamar, and the Lakewood-Wadsworth station off 13th and Wadsworth.
You are also within walking distance of a few different bus stops.
To get to downtown Denver, take Colfax east. Get to the mountains quickly by taking US-6 W to I-70.
We follow the standards of enhanced cleaning with our 5-step cleaning process (sanitize surfaces, use approved products, thoroughly clean, wear a mask and gloves, wash all linens).
Other Notes:
- This space does not allow smoking of any kind
Noise
The city of Lakewood has noise control laws. In most areas, noise control standards are lower
(quieter) from 9pm-7am. Our neighbors are also important to us and we want to be respectful
of noise levels in and around the space.
Damages
We have a crew that comes through almost immediately after you check out. If they find damage, they will take pictures and we will draw the cost of repair or replacement from your security deposit, the credit card number provided during the time of your booking, or through insurance purchased by you for accidental damage.
We ask you, sincerely, to please treat our home with respect. We, and our owners, work really hard to make sure everyone has a great stay, and managing multiple `mini hotels` is much harder than you might think. If you can be kind to your rental, it is greatly appreciated.
We understand that sometimes, things happen. Most of the time, when we are made aware of the situation up-front, we can get it sorted out and it is not a big deal. So please, don`t surprise us. If you break something, just let us know. Easy.
Guest Requirements
We expect that, if we were to drop by, (which sometimes happens - we like to say `hi` and meet our guests!) we would find only the guests we expect to have at the property. That means that the primary renter is always over the age of 21, there are no outside, unapproved events, and there aren`t 10 people if we only have 2 listed on the reservation.
Smoking
All of our units are strictly non-smoking. That means all kinds. If there is any evidence (and we have systems in place to know) that indicate smoking, or illicit drug use, the primary renter will be liable for a $500 additional cleaning fee. Many of our guests have had severe allergies in the past to smoke.
Pets
We allow pets in this unit. We do not provide any specific pet items, so you will be responsible for bringing everything your pet(s) will need.
Please pick up after your pet(s) and ensure they are not being destructive to the space. If we find any damage or messes left by the pet(s), the primary renter will be charged an additional cleaning/repair fee.
Furnishings
We want you to be able to enjoy the space in the way it works best for you, but please; if you plan to move something from one room to another, or one part of the room to another part of the room, put it back.
The Legal Stuff
Guest(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and Agent for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guest(s) use and occupancy of the rental property including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by Guest(s).
In short, please be careful with your bodies and your things. It`s not our fault if you`re not.
Deliveries
For the safety and security of our guests and their packages, we encourage you not to organize deliveries to the apartments. We do not have package delivery systems set up for our guests and are not liable for your deliveries.
