The Beachside Condo S

Summary:
1 bedroom condo on beautiful warm water private beach in Dennisport. Enjoy a true escape in one of the most desirable beach towns on Cape Cod. This unit has a kitchen w/ stove-top, bathroom, a pull-out loveseat in the living room and so much more including a gas fireplace, high speed internet and 185+TV channels. Right in the middle of all the action in beautiful Dennis Port, a hop, skip, and a jump away from amazing restaurants, cute shops, and fun for the whole family. Linens are included.

The Space:
This is a first-floor, formerly ADA compliant one level, one bedroom condotel property that includes an open living, dining, kitchen and en suite bath with roll in shower. Bedroom has a queen bed and bureau. There is a twin pull out bed in the love seat. The complex is two buildings and this unit is in the building on the left. There is no assigned spot for this unit. The beach is south of the buildings and exclusive to this complex only. A new shower for feet and body has been installed on the shed by gas grill.

Guest Access:
Guest access includes our unit, and then shared access to the beach and bbq areas, and the parking area. There are no guarantees or reimbursements if it isn't.

The Neighborhood:
Two of the best restaurants are within walking distance. The Ocean House is renowned for its food and beverage selections. And The Pelham House has a new roof-top bar right on the beach! Reservations suggested for both.

Getting Around:
Cars and bikes are the two most popular ways to get around. You can walk, too!

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE DO NOT take the complex's common Adirondack chairs and tables down onto the beach!

There is a parking pass guest can use for the entirety of the stay. Please return, failure to return will incur $50 fee to replace it.

Please note that linens and bath and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Please plan to bring your own. Sandy towels, etc are not allowed in the washer/ dryer.

Disclaimer: If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.

Interaction with Guests:
