ENCHANTING SEASIDE COTTAGE, STEPS TO THE BEACH!

This beautiful seaside cottage has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom, plus an outdoor shower. This farmhouse inspired seaside cottage is filled with natural sunlight which is warm and inviting and will encourage you to relax and unwind while listening to the waves and enjoying the sea breezes.

The private association beach is literally steps from the cottage and you can catch glimpses of the ocean from the kitchen and master bedroom windows, as well as listen to the waves lap on the seashore. This cottage was fully remodeled, top to bottom in the winter '22 and everything is brand new.

The open floor plan offers plenty of seating and ease of entertaining on the big kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you'll need to cook a meal at home and enjoy eating on your outdoor patio. There's high speed WIFI, a wide screen smart tv and blue tooth sound bar for all your entertainment needs.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size closet for storage. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds w/large under bed storage draws plus extra cubies for the little stuff. Each bedroom has plenty of windows for natural light and ventilation.

The bathroom is roomy and has plenty of storage in the 36" vanity and state of the art circular shower stall. All tastefully done with decorative tile floor to compliment the black wrought iron fixtures.

The outdoor space has comfortable wicker patio furniture plus an outdoor dining are for 4 people. The cottage comes equipped with beach chairs, pool noodles and a mini cooler for the beach. Fun in the sun is steps away from the cottage. No expensive beach passes, driving to beach at 9AM to "get a spot" or feeling crowded.

The cottage is located in a historic cottage community in Dennis port MA on the Nantucket Sound. Chases Ocean Grove has been attracting families for over 100 years and many childhood memories have been created in "The Grove". Multiple generations have enjoyed this special piece of paradise for many years, "it's the best kept secret of the Cape." At night take a stroll thru the grove and people are gathered together on their patios socializing with their neighbors or the kids are riding bikes and playing tag.

The central location on the Cape of Dennis Port allows easy access to day trips to Provincetown to go on a whale watch or enjoy kid friendly activities in Yarmouth such as mini golf or the Pirate museum. You can also catch the ferry out of Harwich and go to Martha's Vineyard for the day. Theres always something to do on the Cape!

YOU must bring your own linens (1 queen, 2 twin bath and beach towels). Linen rental services are available on the Cape.
