Welcome to your perfect Cape Cod getaway in Dennis ready to host your next vacation. This inviting home features a spacious in-ground saltwater pool with both shallow and deep ends, ideal for relaxing swims or family fun. The fenced-in pool area is thoughtfully designed with a dining table, lounge chairs, outdoor sofa, and a few umbrellas to provide shade on sunny days. Just outside the fence, you'll find a large lawn that leads to a deck and patio, creating a seamless transition between the house and pool. The backyard offers multiple spaces to unwind, including a shaded outdoor lounging area and a second dining space—perfect for enjoying quiet moments with a good book and an iced coffee. A large, enclosed outdoor shower is tucked just out of the way for privacy, yet remains easily accessible.

Inside, the home features a sunken family room that’s perfect for entertaining, playing games, or even a little karaoke. There is a sleeper sofa in this space. Overlooking the family room is a charming dining area that feels connected yet cozy. The adjacent kitchen includes a casual TV nook, a convenient half bath, and a washer and dryer. Down the hall, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: a primary suite with a queen bed, ensuite bath with shower, and direct access to the shaded patio; a second bedroom with a queen bed; and a third with two twin beds. A full bathroom with a tub is also located in this hallway.

The home offers driveway parking for up to four cars and is just minutes from local dining favorites like Scargo Café and a quick drive to the beautiful shores of Mayflower Beach. Whether you're looking for fun in the sun or a peaceful Cape Cod retreat, this Dennis gem has it all.

Dennis Summer Rental with Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very happy to enjoy this spacious summer home with a last minute booking, quiet location was perfect mid-cape, and the pool an added bonus. Needs some updating inside and out but very nicely decorated. Note that the listing said “ac” but there were just 2 wall units in 2 of the bedrooms and it was very hot. We came with our teens and young adult children and didn’t get up early enough to park at the beaches close to the house (Mayflower, Corporation or Howes) so we went to West Dennis beach instead. Restaurants in the area were excellent: The Marshside, Scargo, Undergroud Bakery, Seven Days, The Rooftop at Pelham Resort,, Umami Pizza, The Pheasant. We also did the Hyannis Whale Watch out of Barnstable. Overall a wonderful trip and would come again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time gathering in home. Beautiful pool and great yard. Loved outdoor shower. It was a warm and welcoming home for a large group. Plenty of parking, games and beautiful furnishing both indoor and outdoor. The area of concerns were the many potential decorative elements that created potential hazards with kids in the home and the lack of basic support materials. Beautiful decorations at kid level. No toilet paper or hand soap in restrooms or kitchen. No paper towels or trash bags. Lots of personal belongings were left out and were not put away, such as top of washer and dryer. I am providing this basic information so it can easily be corrected. With those few improvements this home is a perfect get away place.
