in Maple Falls is conveniently located to in-town amenities, and offered at a

BUDGET price! The main floor features a full kitchen and a full-sized

refrigerator / freezer, an apartment sized range / oven, a dishwasher, a

coffee maker and toaster, plus a dining area, one full bath, and a generous

sized living room area with a large flat screen monitor plus a DVD player, and

a laundry cubby with a full sized washer / dryer. Ascending the spiral

staircase leads to the loft area with one queen sized bed. Don't forget Fido.

This pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions) vacation property will

comfortably sleep up to 2-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing

them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions.

They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests

seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via

a different provider.
