The host was amazing and kept us informed about everything; including a possible power outage while we was at the home. Home was clean and tidy. Pool & outside area was beautiful however it was only in the 50's-60's while visiting so we never used pool. will be using again for future vacations. A great addition was the snacks and welcoming guides! Safe, warm, inviting and clean neighborhood. Close to everything ypu could need!

Spiros & Joyce were extremely accommodating. My emails were answered promptly and they checked often to be sure our needs were being met. Home is well stocked (even a basket of snacks), beds were comfy and the home was very clean. We look forward to a return visit!

Great place and host. The location was perfect for us; close to shopping and restaurants and right in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit.The property was nice and fit our family of 5 well. The pool and area was clean and lots of seating options. The neighborhood was quiet.The host was amazing and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed and was quick to respond when I had questions.I highly recommend this place.

It was too cold outside to get into the pool but they had plenty of floats that my wife used to float around on the warm days. Plenty of seating outside around the pool plus bbq grill. Very nice layout. Place was super clean with plenty of amenities. Garage was available to park in. Definitely would 100% recommend.

Tremendous house. Well furnished. Well maintained. Actually a bit of a value for how well furnished it is.Unfortunate, unnamed issues arose: out of the Hosts' hands, but we were VERY impressed with their response and accommodating nature. Would 10/10 stay again.

We’ll be back!

We loved our stay! The house is just as it’s posted. The outdoor area and pool are perfect! We appreciated the separate pool towels and the floats. The inside is very functional and well decorated. It was within walking distance of a Family Dollar, Publix, and Wendy’s. We used Uber instead of renting a car and had no regrets. The communication was spot on! We will DEFINITELY be back!

.We really enjoyed our stay at your home. It was clean had all the amenities extra supplies. Pool was refreshing and clean. Host was easy to get ahold of for any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Just Great

Great Location! Great Pool! Great Host! Very Spacious! It accommodated a family of 5 adults and 1 dachshund. And very equipped! It even had a dog cage, that we happen to need @ last minute. And it was right in the garage. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Peaceful paradise!

Winter In Florida

Good location to restaurants & stores. Really nice back covered patio , good outdoor space and comfy outdoor furniture. Had problems keeping thermostat adjusted to correct temp for the house. Didn't have cable TV just ROTU ( old shows) Microwave couldn't be used at full power (owner left note that it would blow fuse) Had 2 car garage but owners things still in it. If you are allowing renter to use it should be clean of owners property.( Maybe a shed the owner could use.) Had some issues with neighbors-seems like they reported to owner ( how many people in our party , when lawn was watered. It made use feel uncomfortable, like we where being watched) I would just say if you are renting out property just make sure everything is working (Lid on wash sometimes doesn't close, leak in solar heater , door handle in second BR doesn't always work, just little things ) Furniture is becoming worn and dated. May need to look into some new furniture. House was very clean and check in very easy

Stay at the Drayton

This was the first time we ever used vrbo. It was definitely better than staying in a hotel. On the day of arrival Spiros was checking to see if we were going to be early or late to check in. Sent me the code to get into the house and when we got in welcome instructions were visible. The house was really nice and clean. Appreciated that we were able to use the pool, garage and washer and dryer. The neighborhood was quiet and close to stores and restaurants and the highway. We didn't have any issues but I felt that if we did they would have been resolved immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home and location

My goodness we have enjoyed every moment here, Spiros has been so good to us with personal instructions to help familiarize us with everything in the house. We love the neighborhood and even met a wonderful neighbor. The location makes getting anywhere you want to go quick and easy. I just can't say enough about how wonderful and relaxing our stay has been!
