Newly remodeled 2-bedroom 1-bathroom 1100sq ft. home with big back yard. Be near all the entertainment and attractions Delray has to offer, walk, bike or Freebee to Old School Square, Delray Market, Sundy Village and all of your favorite restaurants and nightlife. The home is 3/4 of a mile to the beach 1/2 a mile to all of the new attractions and restaurants on Linton Blvd as well. Free Parking and room for your boat too. Perfect for longer stay! Back yard with high fence for privacy, outdoor TV, Fire pit and plenty of room to lounge. Front yard had lots of privacy.

Please note that the home is located near a railroad line, and occasional train noise may be heard.

This is a historic, coveted part of Delray where you’ll have luxury of strolling, biking or renting a golf cart or FreeBee to the renowned Atlantic Avenue and the beach. Location would have been good except it is across a small park from railroad tracks whch are used by at least 3 different types of trains that we could count- 24/7 (IOW not occasionally as described). It caused the whole house to vibrate and took qute a toll on us- we were there for business and needed our sleep. The rooms look like the pictures and grounds were as described but there was an odor that had to be addressed (they did). Going forward, I would just say there needs to be no smell at all, transparency about the noise and a culling of old towels (threadbear bath towels are not welcoming)

Overall place was very nice, very clean, everything there that we would need. Check in was seamless and Paulina was extremely helpful with giving places to eat etc.. Our one issue was the train that was right near the house that went by every hour even at night. I’m not a light sleeper so it didn’t bother me too much. My husband on the other hand had difficulty sleeping. Other than that , I would recommend . Thank you for the stay

Paulina was excellent in all areas. Especially in prompt communication. The home is even better than what the pictures present. Attention to detail in all areas. We especially enjoyed: the floor plan, the lighting, the ceiling fans, the nice stemware for wine, and the backyard for our relaxation and our dog. Home is very pet friendly. Would stay here again!!!!

This place was truly beautiful and clean. Lots of amenities and centrally located to activities!!! Restaurants, bars, music was within minutes. Not a lot of traffic on there street so easy in and out. Inside was spotless and spacious for our family. Back yard was maintained with sitting area a place to have a fire and bbq. Truly everything you could hope for in a place. Response times within minutes if you had any questions.

Paulina place was as described. The location is close to restaurants, a shopping area and the beach. If you’re a walker/runner, it’s a good neighborhood to start your run and head over to the beach to run along the trail. It’s private and quiet although the home is on a fairly busy street. If you’re a light sleeper I do suggest to bring ear plug for the train you’ll hear from time to time. It didn’t bother us. We’re used to city sounds, however if you’re not it may bother you? There isn’t a dishwasher in the home and there’s only one bathroom. Not a big deal but if that’s important for you. We didn’t spend anytime in the backyard, too hot in Sept, but it looked nice and private. The bed was comfortable and Paulina was a great host. Responsive and addressed questions. Nice home in Delray in a great location.

Felt like home!

Property was perfect for our needs. Its located close to FAU (for visiting our daughter) and the Ave for dining. The house was very clean. The beds and couch were comfortable. We would stay again.

Wonderful

We need a place to come for Easter to be with family. Paulina and her home are both wonderful. The place was just as described, and Paulina was very attentive. It was just what we needed, when we needed it. I would definitely recommend her home to others and I would stay there again.

Beach Getaway

The house was lovely and perfect for our Mom & Daughters trip. The furnishings were nice, and the house and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. We discovered that Delray Beach was such a cute little town with lots of great shopping and dining. Paulina was an excellent host
very helpful and super quick communication.

We will be back!

Our stay at Paulina's property was great. We were in town for the weekend to attend a family function and this location was close to everything, even walking distance to Atlantic Ave. The house is so well-kept and clean. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog to run around and stretch his legs or bask in the sun. We did notice the A/C was not working properly and contacted the owner, Paulina. She was super quick to respond and she had an A/C company out early the next morning. Unfortunately, the whole unit had to be replaced but Paulina took care of it right away and even hung out with our pup all day while we were out and the guys were still working. We would totally book this property again in the future, especially now that there is ice cold A/C again! Lol Bottom line, even with the hiccup, I still rate this place 5 stars. Paulina and her husband take really good care of their property and it is evident the moment you pull into the driveway. Thank you again, Paulina, for making us feel at home!!!
