Located in the desirable NE section of Delray Beach 3/4 of a mile from downtown Delray and only a 1/4 mile from the beach, no expense was spared in this impeccably decorated home. The main house is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the guest house is equipped with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The enormous landscaped backyard is equipped with plenty of seating, BBQ grill and numerous backyard games. Just a short bike ride/stroll to the beach through the path at the back of the neighborhood



This recently-renovated single-level home features tile floors, air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Brand new mahogany kitchen cabinets and new high-end stainless steel appliances. The home features a spacious living area, a large dining table seating four, 3 bedrooms, and a fully fenced private backyard. Outdoor group games like cornhole darts foosball, in addition to board games and indoor group games if the weather calls for liquid sunshine.



GREAT ROOM

When you open the front door, you`ll step into the spacious livingroom with a large full-sized sofa and a 65` flat-screen TV with Roku for accessing all of your personal streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Hulu.



DINING ROOM

The livingroom also opens to the dining room, with seating for four.



KITCHEN

The kitchen has been well appointed with everything you may need for an extended stay.



BEDROOMS

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a SmartTV. Large closet for extended stays and black out shades.



The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with two twin size beds and a workspace- a 42” desk and desk chair in between both beds.



Bedrooms 1 and 2 are in the main house.



Bedroom 3 (guest house) features a queen bed a smart TV and blackout shades



All bedrooms have remote-controlled ceiling fans, USB charging plugs for phones, nightstands, and plenty of space in closets and drawers.



BATHROOMS

The Primary bathroom is nestled between bedrooms 1 and 2. Guests have access to a hairdryer and starter bottles of toiletries are provided (in case you forgot your favorites).



The 2nd Bathroom is the guest house. It features plenty of counter space, a combination tub/shower, and a stand up shower.



BEACH SUPPLIES

Guests have access to numerous beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. We also have two paddles boards (use at own risk).



Guests have access to entire property



Host lives and resides in Delray Beach. Reachable via the app or via text



Home is in the Freebee zone (city of Delray Beach offers free golf cart shuttle service from the home to popular destinations)
