We had a fantastic stay at this house and truly enjoyed every moment. The home is relaxed, comfortable, and very clean, with A/C, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful view of the canal, a heated swimming pool, kayaks (which we loved using), as well as a fire pit, BBQ, and playground. It really has everything you need — plenty of space, a large kitchen with a dishwasher, seating for eight both indoors and outdoors, and thoughtful essentials like towels, soaps and conditioner, dish sponge, paper towels, and toilet paper.The house does not provide food items, so guests should plan to bring their own coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, and spices. This didn’t bother us at all and actually helped keep the house extremely clean and bug-free.There is also a washer and dryer, which is very convenient for longer stays. The owners/managers were responsive and professional before our arrival and completely respectful of our privacy during our stay. Keyless entry made arrival easy even though we arrived very late at night hours after check-in time.Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and would happily stay again and again.

We stayed here for a couple of months and enjoyed every bit of it. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful backyard right on the canal and a nice heated pool. It’s also conveniently close to the beach, which made our stay even better. The host was quick to respond whenever we needed anything, and we really appreciate that.

Amazing Delray Beach Rental

I cannot say enough good things about this house and the owners. The house is beautiful inside and out with everything clean and well maintained. Everyone loved their room and the pool was a big hit. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The owners are very communicative and provided helpful information we needed before we arrived. They checked in on us and answered any questions we had quickly. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Recommend for families, couple and anyone wanting a nice place to relax.

10 Star Experience!

From the moment my wife and I, along with our beloved dog, arrived at 1502 Managed By Brampton Park in Delray Beach, FL, we knew we were in for a treat. Nestled in a quiet family neighborhood, the property boasts an expansive backyard that opens up to amazon and relaxing views of the canal. The rooms were spacious, offering each of us our own little retreat. The pool was a delightful addition, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. Every part of the house, from the living spaces to the outdoor areas, was impeccably maintained and spotless. The purpose of our stay was to be as close to our son’s house as possible, who was hosting our two daughters. The neighborhood felt like we had gone back in time, kids playing in the yards, riding bikes on the wide streets, dog walkers out every morning, and everyone was super friendly. We easily gathered the kids and dogs together for play, allowing us to spend quality time together and create moments that we'll cherish. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Matt and Keiley from Brampton Park. Their attentiveness and care for our well-being were evident from the start. They stayed in constant touch, ensuring any needs were promptly met and our questions answered, making us feel valued and special. Their efforts to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed and significantly enhanced our stay. For anyone looking for a special place to stay in Delray Beach, look no further!

Family beach vacation

My husband and I, along with our daughter and our small dog, enjoyed staying at this home. It is spacious and nicely updated. All the comforts of home are there! En-suite bath in the primary bedroom. The shared bathroom has outdoor access for ease of use from the pool area! The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary supplies. The refrigerator has ice and filtered water on the door! We enjoyed the backyard space very much. The pool is heated and such a nice place to relax. The fire pit was fun one evening! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood full of well cared for homes. It is a very short drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores and of course Delray Beach!!

Wonderful Getaway

From the moment we reserved the property we were greeted with a friendly phone call, offering any help that would be needed for our stay. The description the property and amenities were spot on. The home was clean and cool, the outside pool area was nice and tidy and the pool was heated which made for long days of swimming. I would recommend this property to friends and family and visit again.

Great property, clean, pool, and accessible property management. The family enjoyed the backyard, fire pit, pool, and fishing in the intercostal. The location is convenient to grocery stores, coffee, restaurants but still a nice quiet neighborhood. We look forward to returning.

Family Vacation in DelRay Beach

The house was perfect for our family and met all of our needs. We used every inch of the house and back yard. We enjoyed the pool, kayak’s, and firepit. We cooked in a couple of nights vs going out to eat and the kitchen was equipped with all of the utensils and pans needed. Keep in mind you will need to go to the grocery store to get any spices you will need, etc. We also brought our chocolate lab, Rosie, with us and she had a great time too.

Fantastic vacation home!

House was perfect for us! As always, the Brampton Park team were responsive and accommodating, making our vacation as perfect as we wanted. Beautiful water views, a lovely heated pool, and plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sunny weather. Can't wait to return!

Nice little getaway

Communication from property owner was very good. Plenty of room for our adult family to spread out. Enjoyed watching the boats/birds on the canal and of course the pool! Of course the weather added another level of enjoyment!

1 week stay Delray

This is a nice property in a convenient location. It was very clean and everything is brand new on the inside. We were suprised to find a wonderful box of pastries welcoming us upon our arrival. The management company was over the top- calling before, during and at the end of our stay- to make sure we were enjoying our vacation. They were extremely accomodating with check in and checkout. The owners supplied a ton of pool towels, bath towels, papertowels, toiletpaper, cleaning supplies, trashbags, dishsoap, laundry detergent etc. The pool was heated and the house was completely airconditioned. We had a wonderful time. My only recommendation would be to add some basic spices and a few beach chairs. Thanks for a great stay! Julie

Amazing sunsets

This was a beautiful house to vacation in, the location was great on the canal. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood, short drive to Mizner and Atlantic, proximity to the beach, Whole Foods and the restaurants. The home was lovely, each bedroom had water views through the sliding doors. It had a large yard which was easy to enjoy with a heated pool, a fire pit, and an outdoor dining setup. Also, the floor plan worked well for our group with two separate masters on different sides of the house and a separate kids’ room. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again!
