Located in Vasant Vihar, ours is a newly built, modern furnished guest house, with large airy rooms and a view of Vasant Vihar street.
Our house has close access to chemist, hospital, grocery, eateries, movie hall. Dehradun bus stand and railway station.
FRI, IMA, Asian School are also in very close proximity.

At an additional cost we can offer:

INDOOR
The guest rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the building. Accessible by lift.

BEDROOM
- We have 3 bedrooms with attached bathroom.
- All our bedrooms have a WIFI, wardrobe, TV, table and 2 chairs.
- All rooms have king-sized beds
- Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 have balcony access.

Please Note: There are a total of 3 rooms, of which all 3 will be accessible to you via this booking.

BATHROOM
- We have 3 bathrooms all attached to the bedrooms.
- All our bathrooms have solar-heated water, geyser and are equipped with fresh towels.

KITCHENETTE
- We have a kitchenette equipped with an induction plate, Earthen pot containing RO water and basic spices.
- Washing area is also present here, along with a washing machine.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

LIVING & DINING AREA
- We have a shared living cum dining area.
- The dining table seating is fit for 4 people.
- The living area currently has a single sofa cum bed with 3 seating capacity and 2 sleeping capacity. (We shall expand on this soon)
- We have a private balcony connected to the living area.

OUTDOOR
- We have a shared rooftop with Mussoorie panoramic view, where guest can sit and enjoy their meals.
- Secured indoor parking space for 3 cars, 3 additional cars can park outside the gate.

SECURITY
1. Boundary wall around the entire site.
2. Property is gated at all times.
3. CCTV on the property.
4. Secure neighbourhood.

Guest access
2nd floor(guestroom floor), rooftop(4th floor) and the garage(basement) are accessible to the guest.

Other things to note
Noise: Our house is close to the main road and is susceptible to traffic noise if the windows and doors are left open.
