Welcome to this charming coastal cottage, the perfect place for families or couples to enjoy a break by the seaside. The cottage has two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom. This holiday home is a perfect for weekend retreats, family holidays by the sea or couples looking for a romantic break by the sea. Enjoy the sea views from the little balcony just off the master bedroom. The cottage is a dog friendly house too and with the beach being so close, you can enjoy the fantastic walks along the coast to Sandwich Bay or Kingsdown.

You access the cottage though the front door and into the sitting room. A cosy sitting room with two sofas and a small TV.

Dining room

A dining room with a table and chairs to seat four comfortably. There is a door out to the small courtyard garden from the dining room.

Kitchen

A small galley style kitchen with everything you may need to cook home meals. Gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer and kettle.

Bathroom

Completing the ground floor accommodation is a small bathroom with a bath, hand-basin and WC.

First Floor

Twin bedroom

A lovely and light bedroom with wardrobe space, a chest of drawers and painted floor boards.

Double bedroom

Double bedroom with painted wooden floor boards, cupboard space, a sink and a little balcony and chair with a sea view.

Courtyard

A small paved courtyard with a table and chairs to seat two guests.

One dog is welcome. Please note additional pet charges are £25
Please note the stairs are typical of an old cottage and would not be suitable for those with limited mobility or toddlers
There is an enclosed patio to the rear with seating
Please be advised loud music is not permitted during any stays

House Rules

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
