Adjacent to the Trans Canada Highway 1, the suites are only five minutes to the town of Canmore, 15 minutes to the Banff National Park gates and a short drive to all the Rocky Mountain Attractions.
This 2 story 2 Bedroom Condo with Bunk is one of a kind. Perfect for a family of 5, or a group of friends looking for a Mountain Getaway.
It features two separate bedrooms. Ground level Bunk room with 1 Queen & 1 Single bed, as well as 1 full bathroom with soaker tub. Upper level Master bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 full bathroom with stand up shower.
Spacious living room with a fireplace, dedicated dining room with full size dining table. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer & Dryer in the unit. Second floor patio with Mountain Views.
Access to this unit is directly from parking lot. First come first serve parking is available on premises at no extra cost.
***Know before booking***
Yamnuska Suites is located within ~500 meters from the highway, providing easy in and out access from/to the suites.
Due to the proximity of the highway, some road noise can be heard. Earplugs are provided to help reduce the highway noise, request must be placed in advance.
The exterior of the building is old and not renovated, though the units are well kept and not affected by the exterior look.
Due to the proximity to bodies of water such as lakes, river and forest, we recommend bringing your own repellent spray as well as avoid leaving garbage outside the units.
As this condo is a 2 storey unit, climbing stair are necessary to access the upper level bedroom and patio.
***** CANCELLATION POLICY *****
Direct bookings:
10% Deposit will be charged at the time of booking, using the credit card you entered when completing the reservation.
*Full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 14 days before the arrival.
**Remaining balance will be charged 13 days before the arrival. (Booking will be cancelled if payment cannot be collected)
***50% refund of the total booking for cancellations or changes made between 7 - 13 days before the arrival.
****No refunds for cancellations or changes made less than 7 days before the arrival.
